Though New Orleans is a crazy city, Hi Hostel was quite a nice and cosy place. I could rest after walking the city and its noisy streets in the hostel.

施設は清潔で、スタッフも皆フレンドリー。ロビーも食堂も広く居心地の良い空間。共用シャワーは個室で使いやすく清潔、混雑することもなかった。バーボンストリートまで徒歩圏で、遅くまで遊ぶ人にはお勧め。空港RTAバス停も徒歩圏で、早朝出発でも困ることはなかった。

Thank you for your review. We are glad you find our room clean andcomfortable. New Orleans is a city wiht high humidity in general but our private rooms, just like the one you stay in have independent a/c units where you can control the temperature and humidity.We hope this do not deter you to stay with us in the future

The property itself is great! I would stay at the property again. Only giving 4 of 5 stars due to the homeless camped out on the sidewalk a few doors down.

I had a private room and traveled with 4 people. My experience was better than expected. The only downside was this facility does not have parking. The facility was clean and in order and the staff was friendly…overall a good stay.

Sadly no parking but we do have a recommendation of a garage that gives a discount to hostellers staying with us.

Home away from home
As usual this hostel is the best. Big shout out to La Toya in the kitchen. Always had plenty of food for breakfast. Emily and Clay great behind the front desk. Monica always helpful. Always look forward to a return visit.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility felt clean and the bed was comfortable. I also really liked that the other guests seemed safe and also very international! I would come back next time I’m in NOLA!

Convenient location little dirty though
There were 5 bathrooms out of service they only change sheets they dont wipe any surfaces, clean floors or take out trash. Staff is very unfriendly half of them are pregnant and seem over worked.

I'm sorry for any inconvenience during your stay. We'll investigate the issues raised. Regarding our staff, one team member is expecting, and we're supportive of her choice to work independently. But we still keep an eye out for her! However, if any team member feels overwhelmed, we're a supportive team ready to help!

Had a one night stay in NOLA. Staff was really friendly and supportive. The lockers - both in the lobby and in the room itself - are great for solo travelers.

Great walkable location. Nice, clean facility with everything you need. A bar actually inside lobby would be nice, but that being said there is a connection to adjacent bar at restaurant next door. Maybe some more activities to get people to know each other in lobby but otherwise price is right! Just nitpicking because otherwise everything was great.

The 202 RTA line is super convenient, only a block walk to the hostel and we can call a taxi at the front desk if you need too!

Had a lovely stay for my bday weekend. Queen bunk en-suite was roomier than I expected. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was also roomy. This hostel is very fun and has a lot of activities and common areas to hang out at that we utilized more than we expected. Nice to have a place to hang out in between day/night activities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free continental breakfast and luggage storage after check out. Location is very convenient right on Canal St. close to streetcar lines and of course Bourbon Street. You will not regret staying here for trip to New Orleans.
