La struttura è ottima, centrale e con accessi a due delle principali metro a pochi passi. La pulizia viene fatta sotto richiesta del giorno prima, impeccabile. La colazione internazionale è davvero ben fornita, unico "neo" avrei gradito un qualcosa al cioccolato ma è una mia preferenza. Per il resto, sia il personale addetto alla colazione che al check-in è stato fantastico. Christina ci ha aiutato anche nel darci indicazioni per attrazioni di NY.

Soggiorno orribile.
Receptionist scortesi. La stanza era così piccola, che non c'era neppure il posto per le valigie, che sono rimaste sempre tra i piedi. Mai rifatte le stanze. la vista era su un orribile area abbandonata. Il bagno era così angusto, che a malapena ci si poteva muovere. L'idea di tornarvi la sera ci deprimeva. Quattro notti così ci hanno sconfortato. Solo la colazione era decorosa. Prezzo inadeguato ai servizi offerti. Sconsiglierei a chiunque un soggiorno in questa struttura. Non lasciatevi ingannare dalle foto mostrate.

Struttura in posizione ottimale ma stanze molto piccole, senza minibar e nella mia camera non c’erano phon e tappetino bagno. Alla richiesta del phon me ne hanno dato uno non funzionante.

Buon hotel per New York
Hotel in ottima posizione che offre la colazione gratuita, vera rarità per New York. La camera con vista sull'Empire State Building era spaziosa con letto king size, altra rarità per la città; abbiamo chiesto e ci hanno concesso gratuitamente un late checkout di 2 ore. Veniamo alle noti negative: sala colazione piccola: dopo le 8:00 si riempie e si trova difficilmente posto. Riscaldamento rumoroso ed insufficiente (grave), abbiamo chiesto di cambiarci le lenzuola (10 notti di soggiorno) e l'hanno solo girate; abbiamo chiesto un'altra coperta e non ci è stata fornita. Ci tornerei? difficile.

Rooms are very small and tight. Walls are thin so you can hear everything. Very clean though. No bar , but the Moxy hotel is literally across the street with a very good bar.

Free veggie sausage patties for breakfast!
A nice surprise, a basic king room with no view but larger than many in NYC. Well maintained, clean, nice bathroom. Mattress let the side down a bit being a bit lumpy, but I still had a good night's sleep. Was delighted to discover veggie sausage patties in the free breakfast. Breakfast would benefit from some vegan spread too. I would definitely stay here again.

The front desk staff was wonderful. Cheng helped us bring our luggage to the room & unloaded for us. The gentleman who came when we were leaving just dumped the cart outside our door & ran. The room phone never worked despite requests at the front desk. The housekeeping was very good but the rooms needs more than 1 garbage can. Great breakfast spread too

Room was a good size and clean. Loved the hot breakfast buffet. Staff was great, my remote control stopped working on the TV at 2:00 AM went down to the desk and got new batteries. Also free bag check.

Staff was very nice, the room was a little smaller than i expected but it had everything we needed; it was pretty clean . Walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbor sneeze, breakfast was pretty good and there was always coffee which we loved! In the mornings the flower shops open and they display all of the greenery and flowers on the street which to me was a nice added bonus. Very close to the subway and walkable to Times Square - great location! The rooftop is nice also you can seee everything .

It's more like a 1-star motel. The windows don't keep out the street noise, the door doesn't keep out noise from the hall, the heat doesn't really work, the bathroom was cold, the towels were thin and scratchy, etc. I'm sorry I wasted my money here.

The basic amenities were quite limited. No slippers or toothbrush. You can ask for toothpaste though. Plus the room was too dark. Other than that, it's close to Penn station and 28th st metro so it was quite convenient to move around in the city.

The location was perfect for train travelers and right near everyplace you want to be! Comfortable beds. Unit is small, but has all you need for a comfortable nights sleep.
