The home is perfect for larger families and corporate retreats. Additionally, the space is great for private events and intimate dinners. I am very particular about who I rent to so when you inquire about the house, please tell me a little about yourself. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited.

Popular with young families and medical professionals, the neighborhood is vibrant, thriving, and decidedly down-to-earth.

Feel free to drive in, however, be ready to drive around looking for street parking. Parking Permits can be purchased through your host for the building private lot next door.

Please note that in case of any emergencies I reserve the right to enter the apartment to address these matters. Guests will be provided with a notice in such an event.

Please note that there are cameras in the front and back of the house. This is to ensure continued security of the house. There are no surveillance devices in the home. Additionally, please note that I do have a noise sensor in the house to alert me when noise levels are excessive. This device does NOT record.

Early checkins are subject to an early checkin fee. Early checkins are only given with prior authorization by host.

If you are staying 7 days or more, I require a midstay cleaning of $150 to ensure the integrity of the home and linens/towels.
