Girls Getaway
The property was perfect for my sister and I. We had a Girls Getaway. It was very clean. The kitchen was well appointed. Excellent water view. Cool rooftop deck. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely book this property again!!

Issues with management
In the past I had wonderful stays at this property, however I have had several issues with management during my last stay. The room was not ready upon arrival. I was promised a phone call when the room was ready - after over an hour still no call. The room smelled overwhelmingly of astringent chemical cleaning product that was overused. The tub stopper in the room did not fit the tub. I called the front desk as I had a toddler waiting for a bath and waited over an hour for the correct tub stopper to arrive. Then we discovered that the jets in the tub did not function. We reported this to the front desk - nobody addressed the issue or even attempted to respond during our 3 day stay. I received a call from the manager on 2/22 stating that I would receive a refund for one night. The refund never came. I called a second time on 3/20, still no refund. I called a third time today (4/2), and was told the manager was unavailable, but that the refund was "just approved." Nothing is showing on my account. I believe I was given a discounted rate intentionally for a room with a broken tub. I also believe that I am being jerked around by management about the refund. I hate to leave a negative review for a third party for management's failure, but today is the last day I can leave a review here, and the "just processed today" excuse on the refund is too convenient to believe.

Holiday feels
Great stay! The room was clean with great view of Newport bridge and fishing boats. Great location within walking distance to everything yet quiet. Hopefully can stay there again next year!

Fantastic Location, Great Place
This was a very clean and comfortable harbor-view suite with a full kitchen and living area. Location is fantastic in downtown Newport. We could not believe that we paid so little for such a great stay.

Stay at Club Wyndham Long Wharf
We loved our room that overlooked the Wharf on Washington Street in Newport RI and would definitely book at the Long Wharf again. It was great to be able to walk to shopping and restaurants and had a pleasure experience.

Great vacation!

Newport Getaway
We were quite impressed by the property. Our room was equipped with everything we needed and was very clean and in great shape. The window overlooked the harbor and we had a view of both a sunrise and a sunset, which could also be viewed from a nice rooftop patio. It had a large refrigerator, a two burner stove and any supplies we needed for cooking or eating. The bathroom was a great size and even had a jetted tub. The location was perfect, within easy walking distance of Thames Street, and a short drive to the mansions and Ocean Drive. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Would certainly recommend staying here. Wonderful place.

Thanksgiving week
We loved the location and the price. The condo was clean and equipped with the few kitchen items that we needed to cook breakfast each day. It would have been nice to have a few extra coffee filters. The shower & tub had very hot water and enough of it. The dresser drawers need adjusting, but everything else was great.

Wyndham at Long Wharf
Great views of the harbor! We were not sure if our room would have a view or not, but apparently all the rooms have water views. Very clean. We were able to cook in the kitchen which was nice. Highly recommend staying here. We have been coming to Newport for several years and have stayed at several other hotels and bed and breakfasts. The Wyndham at Long Wharf is our favorite.
