Un po’ di relax
Albergo vecchio e piccolissimo .. a tratti anche angusto. La colazione era misera e non valeva affatto il costo. Si salva solo l’apparenza perché hanno tinteggiato e addobbato alle meno peggio le stanze e le parti comuni. Pulizia per un italiano a pessimi livelli . Unica cosa positiva la posizione.

Da Italiana dico che è solo apparenza
Non sono molto soddisfatta e mi sono ricreduta rispetto alle recensioni lette su questo hotel. Intanto. È piccolissimo ed è vecchio ma con una parvenza di sistemazione a nuovo . L’ascensore è accessibile solo uno per volta, la stanza è discreta ma era un po’ sporca e puzzava quando siamo entrati. La colazione alla Modica cifra di 10 euro a persona consisteva in un piccolissimo buffet che neanche in un albergo ad 1 stella ho mai visto. Insomma sarà che sono italiana e quindi ho un target leggermente diverso ma per me il costo non è giustificato anche perché sono stata a Nizza diverse volte e ci sono 4 stelle allo stesso prezzo. Eccezionale la posizione, unica cosa.

Piccolo e carino
Piccolo hotel sito in pieno centro, camera piccola e bagno minuscolo ma nel complesso ottimo il rapporto qualitá/prezzo. Gentilissimo il personale, che parla anche italiano. In reception vengono offerti caffé e limonata. Ottimo l’orario di check out alle 12.

Stanze rumorose.
Hotel ristrutturato con letti a castello. Purtroppo le camere non sono insonorizzate in nessun modo. Sentivo russare dalla camera accanto. Voci dai corridoi durante il passaggio e pavimenti di legno cigolante non aiutano il sonno. Se il prezzo vi conviene per una notte, magari portatevi dei tappi alle orecchie. Ospitalità di tipo francese.

l'ho trovato un po' peggiorato..
Sono tornato in questo hotel per un week end a fine novembre, dopo che vi avevo soggiornato qualche giorno nell'estate del 2012. Devo dire che se nel 2012 ero rimasto colpito positivamente da questo hotel sotto molti punti di vista (personale cortese e poliglotta, posizione centrale, pulizia delle stanze, colazione abbondante), in questo ultimo soggiorno sono stati molti gli aspetti di questo hotel che mi hanno deluso: a) la camera era piccola anche se devo dire pulita; b) il secondo giorno non ci hanno pulito la stanza e non ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani che avevamo provveduto a riversare sul pavimento (come da indicazioni dell'hotel); c) la seconda mattina a colazione mancavano i cornetti (per il resto non c'era molto..). La cameriera vedendoci arrivare ha pensato bene di portare sul tavolo del buffet un piatto con due (due!!) cornetti mignon. Dopo 10 minuti arriva un signore (evidentemente cliente fisso dell'hotel) cui la cameriera riserva particolari attenzioni (solo per lui viene portato un piatto con 5 cornetti mignon). Insomma sono rimasto un pò deluso. E devo dire che ci ero tornato appositamente, perché qualche anno prima mi ero trovato bene. Uniche note positive: la posizione centrale e il receptionist poliglotta, competente e molto cortese.

Great place for the price
I booked this place fairly last minute on expedia and stayed for three nights. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I do not speak French very well, and they were extremely accomodating to try and cross the language barrier. The hotel is in a great location and makes walking to all the major places in Nice easy. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Nice!

L'hotel non è proprio comodissimo per chi ama spostarsi a piedi, ma il tragitto è animato da persone serene e colorate . Dalla via centrale, alle piazze, tra le fontane il tempo trascorre velocemente e ti ritrovi nel lungo mare o nelle travolgenti viuzze della Nizza vecchia. Lo consiglio vivamente. Ponete particolare attenzione ai parcheggi a pagamento 75€ per 2gg e mezzo

Nice hotel close to old town and beach. Trolly line on main street next to hotel. Great coffee and bread store nearby. Hotel held my luggage for 3 days between trips which was nice. Rooms are very tight w queen bed and shower as well. Could use smaller bed to make room to walk around room

We stayed at this hotel on two diff segments. Second time there was mildew above shower. Overall for both rooms the room is very tight. Bed is too large for room and no walk around one side and closet I way of other I even paid for larger room. Now staying at another hotel and for $20 more much larger room and shower and amentities inc coffee, refridge and other items NAP hotel did not.

Really close to tram stop for the airport tram, and short walk (<10mins) to both SNCF station, beach, and old town, so very convenient location. Nice to have complimentary tea, coffee, water and sweets. Room and hotel was generally in good condition. Room was a little small, but not an issue as we didn't spend much time in the room. It was a noisy hotel - doors in other rooms slamming through the night, other rooms playing music in the night, people in the corridors and TV/voices travelling through the building worse than anywhere else we've stayed - they even left earplugs in the bathroom, so presumably this is a known issue.

Ein sehr praktisches Hotel für einen Städtetrip. Das normale Zimmer ist klein aber ausreichend wenn man mit dort schläft. Auch die Dusche ist sehr klein und eng. Super nette Angestellte. Jederzeit ist Wasser, Kaffee und Tee kostenlos verfügbar. Das Zimmer ist schön eingerichtet und sauber! Das Bett super bequem. Die Mühe zu den Zügen und zum Strand sind perfekt

We chose Hotel Nap based on the good reviews on Expedia and were not disappointed. The place is well located to enjoy Nice. Staff in reception and at breakfast were friendly and efficient, room and public areas spotless. Good to have complimentary coffee, tea and chilled water available. We had a standard twin room at the front of the hotel which was fine for a night. Parking on street was easy nearby and costs 2.40eur for 2 hours between 9am and 8pm.

Excellent Hotel
Excellent check in experience Aiman is a delight. Great air conditioning and perfect location. Construction work is understandable but somewhat noisy when you’re not expecting it early in the morning. Housekeeping do work hard but some aspects of cleaning & replenishing are missed.

Anden nat dejligt værelse med sidde-balkon, hvor man havde den bedste udsigt til det pulserende liv i charmerende sidegade til Jean Medicin -som der også var kig til. Begge værelser tene og pæne. Pænt fællesområde og mulighed for at låne liggeunderlag, parasol m.m. til stranden. Gratis kaffe og afkølet renset vand i karafler til at tage med på værelset.

We had a large room, with a big bathroom which were both very good. It was at the back of the hotel so if I was going again I would ask for a room at the front for more light. There was iced water and coffee permanently available for free in reception, the water was very welcome in 37 heat. There were also beach umbrellas to borrow. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice rooms equipped with everything you need. The free water dispenser at the reception is a real plus. The location is ideal for going to the beach and also for getting to the station/ to the airport.
