under construction - no note of that with reservation. Got locked out of my room at 9:30 AM (along with the whole floor of guests) even though check out wasn't until 11. 3 police cars were in the driveway when we pulled in. Walls are super thin and can hear bathroom doors shutting all night. No soap in our room.

This Holiday Inn is our "go to" when visiting North Conway. It's affordable, clean, safe and comfortable and we have anything we need. There are grocery stores close by, a Walmart and lots of good restaurants. The staff are all friendly and willing to help and the breakfast, each morning, is very good with a terrific selection.

The hotel was under construction and when I booked with Expedia I did not know that. they overbooked the hotel and bumped my friends to another hotel a 1/2 mile down the street so we couldn't hang out at the pool. They ac in the room wouldn't shut off and the keys kept deactivating. I had to keep going back to the front dest to have them fixed. I asked if I could just check out a day early and not get charged. But she told me I had a contract with Expedia. I would have to contact them about that. Saying. (We can't brake their contract) So i stayed. I will never go back there! Most of the staff was nice. Except one lady. She talked down to me when I had trouble with my key. Even walking me to my room to show me how to properly use it after she reactivate it. Insulting!

The room was overall clean, however The toilet and the shower were dirty and probably should be updated to the rest of the hotel. Additionally, I was the lucky one to have a room attached to the laundry, which kept me up all night.

Second time I’ve stayed here with my family. This time they were doing construction inside, however it was still super clean, friendly. We loved the pool and the breakfast was yummy. Staff is so nice

This place was pretty run down. I could tell the staff was working hard and were very kind but they clearly need more help. The place is being remodeled so maybe it’s just showing its age but over all I was pretty skeeved out the whole time.

Le service à l’accueil lors de ma 1re arrivée a été mauvais. La dame très peu souriante m’a dit de revenir à 16h. Avant cette heure, les chambres n’étaient pas nettoyées. J’ai contacté Expédia et finalement ma chambre était prête à 15h. À mon retour le service à l’accueil était impeccable! Merci à Taïro d’Expedia!

Staff was taking personal calls instead of waiting on customers. Blow dryers and phones in rooms didn’t work. Children were allowed to run up and down hallways constantly in the evening. It’s one thing if they are inside their rooms raising hell but in the hallways they should not be allowed to run wild.

this is by far the dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in.the peephole was missing on the door inside the room.mold in the bathroom shower.dirty grout and missing grout in bathroom.so much dust and dirt in corners of the rug and surrounding furniture.bugs and dirt on inside of window sil.i have supporting pictures of all. What I didn’t like, property looked messy. Bed was fine, desk in room was ready to break, the legs were ready to break. No hair dryer, only two small towels, washcloths and hand towels were fine. The chair in the room has seen better days. Very dirty. TV remote would not work.

We pulled in at 3pm and brought all of our items with us hoping for a quick check-in and off to see the town. The receptionist was rude when we approached and pointed to a sign mentioning 4pm check-in's. It said 3pm on the website and we planned our agenda around that time. Not even a thought to see if our room might be ready and we could unload our travel items. Upon return, we were greeted by a much friendlier person (Megan) who went out of her way to get us settled in. The room was as expected and breakfast was impressive. Could have done without construction noises but a good stay overall.

The reception was horrible at check-in and check-out, staff not friendly, people who barely answered questions. We had to get breakfast and eat it in the room, go up with the food holding a cardboard tray through the elevator full of people in the same situation because the breakfast area was closed due to renovations and no one warned us before we arrived, maybe for fear of canceling the trip, anyway. Horrible experience.

My room was not ready at check it and was told to come back in 30 mins and got checked in and unloaded luggage and got to room and it still wasnt ready. Had to load car back up and come back hour and half later. Hotel was under construction and if i new when booked i would have chosen a different hotel. Seating area was being used for construction storage so there was no where for my family to comfortably eat breakfast.

Comfortable stay, needs some renovation
The AC/Heat was confusing to operate, but once I figured it out it was no longer an issue. The door to the bathroom also did not lock. Not a big deal, but slightly annoying. Everything else about the hotel was great.

Very noisy. Didn’t look like many people were staying there. Yet there were elephants above me and loud talkers next to me, as well as people having loud conversations in the hallway at 11pm. Maybe spread guests out a little?

The hotel is under renovation which was not relayed to us. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Still decorated for fall, not a big deal. Pool area was very dirty as far as tables, you also need new noodles for pool

A Disappointing Stay
The staff were helpful and considerate. Unfortunately the building is undergoing renovations inside and outside. There were sections sealed off for construction. With no cleaning service provided we took care of our own needs - putting our towels and garbage in the hall and picking up fresh towels from the front desk.
