Loved our stay!
When we got there it was nice to walk into such a clean place and they had the air turned down for our arrival. Check in was easy with Nicole's instructions and we had no trouble finding the place. I can say there is nothing that we didn't like about the condo, the beach, or the location. The beach is nice and sandy. Yes, there is some sea grass on the beach, but it isn't the entire beach area, it doesn't smell, and we just didn't find it to be a big deal. Getting into the water is rocky and grassy but I either wore my water shoes or fins getting in and had no problem. I did see plenty of people just getting in with bare feet but I wouldn't recommend it as there was some broken glass on the beach and in the water and some of the rocks and shells are sharp. We just loved the quiet side of the island. The condo is close to Rum Point where we went in the evenings to watch the sunset, and close to Starfish point which was a wonderful experience too. We also checked out the Crystal Caves which were neat to see. There is a convenient store not far away and a little bigger store about 20 minutes away but if you need to get a lot of groceries you may want to stop on your way by to the condo in the Savannah area. We stopped at Foster's on our way by our fist day and got what we needed. It is about 30 minutes from there to the condo. Nicole is awesome! If I had any questions she was very quick to respond and so helpful. I would definitely recommend the Harvey Nicole. Thank you!

Perfect spot on the North Side
Close to good food and drink at Rum Point. Short ride to Botanic Park, Crystal Caves, Starfish Point, and Stingray City (via Rum Point). Condo was as advertised and Nicole was very helpful. Great place!

Lovely Condo
This property is just perfect for a small family. It is spotless, adorable and has everything you need within reason. From the time we contacted the owner everything was seamless. The condo is newly renovated but the owner has done a great job keeping some of its original charm. The decor is beach chic and not overly cluttered. The only noise you hear is the ocean and a little chatter from the pool. Everyone we met on the property were kind, fun and helpful. It was nice to walk right out the back door and be steps away from the pool and the beach. If you are looking for a pristine beach you will need to go to 7 mile. The beach at the condo is untouched and a very different experience. If you take your water shoes you will be able to walk out and find beautiful tide pools and snorkel. You can even catch lobsters and conch for dinner. We thought it was amazing how far you could walk out in the ocean. Some of the guests even had some luck fishing. For us this was a perfect relaxing vacation in a beautiful Condo. If you want to be surrounded by people, music, and have a “spring break” experience this is not the place for you. If you are looking to spend time with your family and enjoy them and your surroundings this is absolutely the place for you. We had a great time and will return.

Lovely & Peaceful
We stayed at the Harvey Nicole with our two daughters (8 and 4 years old). The place was clean, spacious, and great to be steps from the pool and beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the Lanai, walking the beach, building sandcastles, and snorkeling all right in front of the property. The kids loved the pool, and on windier days, it was great to drive up to Rum Point for calmer waters and beach time. Kaibo & Rum Point were great dinner spots a 5 minute drive away. We also drove into 7 Mile Beach (40 minutes) to Governer’s Beach which was stunning for a few beach days. Cayman has so much to offer, and we love staying on the east/north end for the tranquility, which the Harvey Nicole absolutely provided. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We had a hard time finding the property at first. Unit was clean but everything is on the older side. Kitchen was sparse. I’ve stayed at other rentals that provide more stuff for around the same cost. Beach wasn’t swimmable which was disappointing. A hot tub would have been great and maybe a fence from the road. We had a couple of surprises, with the cleaning lady attempting to come in at 8 pm to see if anyone had checked in because a light was on, duh and the pest control man attempted to come in to spray with our stuff inside and while we weren’t there. You would there would be better communication between the owner and service people. Also the trash pick came at 3ish am. We got used to it and it’s very close to Rum Point, Kaibo and Starfish Point. Also not too far from East End. It was ok. Not sure if I’d stay there again.

Nice week stay.
We had a lovely stay in the Harvey Nicole. The condo was in a great location to Rum Point. We enjoyed the pool. Nicole was wonderful with communication. The beach was beautiful but not for swimming as there was so much kelp. The condo was very clean, but could use new sheets as ours were pretty stained in several spots.

Beautiful and incredible location!!!
This rental is in a beautiful, secluded part of Grand Cayman. It’s a nice quiet area, so hearing the ocean is always easy. The pool in the back is a perfect temperature and great for hot days. We were still within an easy drive to anywhere we could want to visit! There are also lots of great restaurants on the east side of the island. Absolutely loved our stay!

Great GC location
We have stayed many times on GC. As GC gets developed we have moved to staying at locations on the East and North. We loved the location of this condo on the North shore just a minute or so from Rum Point. The condo has everything and we especially liked the ice maker.

We loved our stay at the Harvey Nicole. You are 5 steps from the pool and 20 steps from a secluded beach. The unit is immaculate and has everything you need to cook meals while you are there. The beds are so comfortable and we felt so at home during our stay. Highly recommend!

Super nice, clean condo in best location. Fishing and snorkeling behind the condo is great. We caught 15 diff species of fish and saw turtles on most days. Location is great - 5 min from Rum Point and 10 min from small grocery store. We will be back next year.

Outstanding North Shore location
Unit is one of 8 condos - 4 up, 4 down. Property is clean, quiet, and has a perfect location close to the beach: Building > pool > beach > ocean! The few neighbors we saw were friendly and mostly quiet. Pool was clean and warm. The unit itself is very adequate. Linens and toiletries were suitable. Kitchen is well-stocked with equipment but not much else. You'll need to bring spices, coffee, butter, etc. A/C worked perfectly and the washer/dryer were a huge help. The lanai is a very nice feature, but you do get wind on the North Side, so keep an eye on the louvers. The beach is very isolated, so very quiet. If you've been to 7 Mile Beach - this ain't it. Rather, a brief beach that has some debris, and a rocky/seagrass water entry. Great snorkeling though. People stay on the North Side wanting this, so just be aware of the features. Rum Point restaurants are very close, and East End Tukka was only 25 min away. You will need a car almost certainly. Nicole could not have been more helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back. This spot is not for your average Carib tourist, but it's perfect if you know what you want.

Shangri-la in Grand Cayman
This was an amazing experience! The condo was beautiful! You walked out the back door and you were at the pool! The beach was gorgeous and the snorkeling right in front of the condo was great. If you want peace and quiet, nice friendly neighbors and a great getaway, this condo is for you! Nicole was amazing and very easy to communicate with. We'll definitely be back:)

Great Place!
The Harvey Nicole was a wonderful place for us to stay while on Grand Cayman to attend a family wedding at the beautiful, nearby QE II Botanical Garden. The condo was very clean and well-equipped with everything we'd need. We found the location to be perfgect - right on the beach on the quiet North Side, yet close to Rum Point and fun, local restaurants. Nicole was very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet, safe, secluded Cayman experience
The property is beautiful. Pool and beach is cleaned every day. Lots of pool floated and quality snorkeling equipment available to use. There are two coolers in the condo available to use. Fishing on the beach in front of the condo is very good. I caught yellowtail snapper, grunts, bonefish and mutton snapper on a fly. My neighbors caught barracuda, parrotfish and red snapper using Cayman hand line and sprats. No need to venture out far. The fish are cruising 20ft off the beach. The condo has everything required for a wonderful stay.

Great time
The Harvey Nicole is out great if you need a relaxing place to vacation. Very close to Rum Point, StarFish Point and Within 15-20 minutes of a lot of good places to eat. The pool/patio area was awesome, with terrific ocean view and beach area. I would not recommend swimming off this beach but snorkeling or fishing would be good.

North Side Oasis
This is a wonderful location if you want some peace and quiet. Right on the Ocean, cool breeze and wonderful views. The condo had all we could ask for. A full kitchen stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch every day. A large screened in porch with a door right out to the clean and relaxing pool. We thank the owners for providing us with a great place for our girls’ trip. We hope to be able to return

2019 Thanksgiving great stay
We stayed i North Side condo over 2019 Thanksgiving holidays with two children 4 and 11 yo. Nice quite location, very close to Rum point. Has it's own beach as well. Clean and well furnished, with basic supplies in place such as salt, cooking utensils, spices, coffee, etc. Excellent communication with the owner, easy check in check out. This is our second time in this location, would stay again!

Very relaxing place
Far removed from the touristy side of the island, but with plenty of access to waterfront restaurants. The unit is lovely. Just perfect. The building is small so you often have the pool to yourself. Something to keep in mind is that along the north coast there is natural seagrass growing in the ocean near the beach (I'm not talking about the dead stuff that floats on top of the water and randomly impacts various Caribbean beaches). The coral reef is still very alive just off the beach, It's very ecologically interesting, but bring water shoes. If you want a shallow, sandy, protected bit of ocean head down to Rum Point (about two miles away). It's free and there is plenty of shade. There was hardly anyone there in mid-May. It's also a great place to rent snorkel gear.

Relaxing vacation
We had a wonderful stay at Harvey & Nicole’s! The unit was very clean and stocked with all the necessities! Plenty of towels and a washer and dryer! Definitely pack lightly! The 2 bedrooms with attached baths were separated by the living room! Plenty of privacy! The pool and the ocean were just out the back door! There is a lovely screened Lanai that can be entered off either bedroom and living room! We practically lived out there! We were there 10 days and it wasn’t enough! We love to do nothing on our vacations and this was the perfect place for relaxation! Things to do were easy to access and we did access them when we wanted! If you want to avoid crowds, have peace and relaxation, but be able to do things as you want, this is the place for you! We rented a car and had an assortment of activities at our fingertips with a little drive! Rum point was maybe 2 miles and busy 7 miles beach was just a 45 min to an hour drive! We ate in about half the time and went out whenever we wanted! Some condiments left in fridge and spices in cupboards to assist in cooking! BBQ grill on property easy to access and use! Really couldn’t ask for more! We will definitely return!

Wonderful Visit to Grand Cayman
My family and I had a wonderful time in Grand Cayman and we enjoyed the Harvey Nicole very much. It's on the Northside very near Rum Point and away from the busy tourist zones of Georgetown and 7 mile beach. The Harvey Nicole was everything we were looking for and was steps away from the ocean. My wife and I dove while we were there and used Oceans First Divers on the East End which was about 15 to 20 from the condo and was very easy to get to. We are looking forward to our next visit and we would definately consider staying at the Harvey Nicole again.

Nice quiet location
It’s unfortunate the sargassum seaweed problem detracts from the beach experience, mainly making beach walks unenjoyable, and reducing the enjoyment of swimming, not to mention the views. The location is nice, very close to rum point and if you go west to public beach (the one with the parking lot and washrooms) you will find excellent snorkelling (swim out towards the waves breaking). The property is on good shape overall. The interiors of these units are dated but you get what you pay for!

The sargassum has been shifting a lot this winter season with some weeks being totally clear. Mother Nature has been very good to us as it’s never been even a slight issue until 2018. As we are on the open ocean (and not a stagnant canal) the water changes often. We love our category 4 strength solid safe concrete building that was built in 2005. From the ceramic floor tile to the granite counters we have decorated the unit bright and light to match the Caribbean. We pride ourselves on our ultra clean and spacious condo! Our local management team is top notch. Our clients appreciate having them so close by and responsive.

Lovely, peaceful apartment on the beach with pool and excellent facilities
This beautiful property is tucked away on the north side of Grand Cayman, very close to Rum Point. It is private and tranquil with a pool shared between only a few condos and the beach right on the doorstep. Highly recommended for a quiet, private getaway for couples, families who do not want constant 'entertainment' created for them, or just friends catching up (which my visit was). Near enough to drive to a number of restaurants - Rum Point, Kaibo and Over the Edge are all very close and all excellent. It's also near the Botanic Gardens and Crystal Caves, and the East End, South Sound, Georgetown and Seven Mile Beach are all accessible in maximum an hour. The apartment is very well stocked with kitchen & laundry equipment, two large bedrooms with bathrooms, endless beach towels and a lovely Linai to sit in without being bothered by evening insects. It offers a wonderful, tranquil holiday in this beautiful place.

Super relaxing vacation
Our family of 5 had a great time staying here. Excellent location away from the Sevan mile hype, close to lots of activities and good resteraunts (Tukka!), and the kids loved chilling by the pool after a busy day. Would highly recommend staying here, and would stay again.

Nice quiet place
I booked this property for my cousin family of 4. even though they only sleep here during the night and hung out with us at our place during the day. the place is quite and close to rum point. It has a decent size pool. the only thing is that grand caymand northside and east end has been having problem with seaweed in the past 6 months or so. Otherwise it is a great to stay. It is away from everything and only 35 minutes to georgetown or 7 miles beach.

Perfect for family of 5!
My husband and I and our three sons - ages 16, 13 and 10 - very much enjoyed our stay at the Harvey Nicole. The condo was clean, quite and nice! It really is the best unit as you can walk out the back to the pool. We ate many meals at the condo, using the shared grill. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking too. We drove all over the island and preferred the beaches on Seven Mile Beach and George Town areas (favorites - Smith Beach, Governor's Beach, Cemetery Beach, West Bay Beach). Many of the beaches on the North side and East End are suffering from the seaweed problem this summer. Even so, the North side is a beautiful place. There is a white sandy beach at the condo where you can sit and enjoy the view and find hermit crabs, but we couldn't snorkel here due to the seaweed. We even rescued a baby sea turtle in the parking lot! The condo is close to Queen Elizabeth Botanical Park, which I recommend. We saw many blue iguanas there. The condo is also very close to Rum Point. We found this beach to be busier and not as beautiful. We did enjoy Starfish Point, which is also very close to the condo. Thanks, Nicole, for sharing your vacation home. We loved our Cayman vacation.

Fantastic Island Time
The Harv Nicole condo at the North Point is a wonderful place to call home while visiting Grand Cayman. The condo is roomy and well set up for your stay. The pool located just feet away is a great place to relax before retiring for the evening. You can snorkel 30 yards from the condo and see the reef and interesting fish. The area is quiet and laid back. Only a short drive to Rum Point and Kaibo

Beautiful and Serene
We have made many trips to Cayman, because we love the atmosphere and serenity of the island. We initially planned to come down in March, but due to adult children’s work schedules we postponed until May. Nicole was so easy to work with in switching our reservation. The condo is spacious and inviting. We had plenty of room to relax ! The pool is right off the screened in porch which made it seem so personal ...like we had our own private pool. The condo Cat, Keylo made us feel right at home..we missed our pets but Keylo kept us company and did a good job of eating all the cat food we put out for her. The beach is beautiful and secluded...very private and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed. I wasn’t planning to cook ...( mom was on vacation! ) but when we did we found that we had everything we needed. And, We left some non perishables for the next guest. The kids had their own room and bathroom. Master bedroom and bath very good size, King size bad just like we have at home. After a day of sun and fun coming “home” to the Nicole Harvey was like walking into our own home. When we come back, We would definitely rent from Nicole, or any condo unit at North Shore Pointe. Five Stars !

Paradise at Grand Cayman
My husband and our two kids (11-year boy and 15-year-old girl) had an amazing time at Harvey Nicole's condo. It is a truly amazing and beautiful location. We woke up every morning to the sound of the waves and warm sunshine. The condo's floor plan is very comfortable. Each bedroom has a sliding do to the lanai and I really liked how the kids' bathroom had two entrances: one from the inside of the room and the other from the leaving room. It was useful if anyone wanted to use that bathroom without disrupting the kids. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it quite a lot: every breakfast and lunch. We really enjoyed the restaurant at Starfish point. Their wood-fired pizza is "off the hook" Thank you, Nicole, for sharing the beauty of the NorthSide!

A great place to stay
The Harvey Nicole was a great place to stay and away from all the hustle and bustle. We like to explore, so it allowed us to visit all parts of the island and return to a comfortable and equipped condo. Quick access to Rum Point, the Bio Bay, Starfish beach, Botanical Gardens and the Crystal Caves. Although we tended to be gone during the days exploring, this is a great place too for those who would rather stay and enjoy the pool or beach in front of the condos. You can wake up and see the daily sunrise from the pool. We did try to snorkel in front of the condo on a calm day but did not see much - and the area is a bit rocky and grassy. If you prefer clearer areas, you will need to go to the public beaches or 7 mile beach. There are a lot of good snorkeling areas around the island. However, the daily view of the beach, the ocean and the sound of the waves from the condo is worth it. We also greatly appreciated the available beach towels and having the basic necessities in the condo when we first got there. Thank you for helping make our vacation very enjoyable by having a nice place to come back to each day.

The condo location was great. Quiet and very close to the ocean. The inside was comfortable and nice. We had everything we needed. Spent most of the time sitting on the beach or around the pool. No distractions or busyness. Also spent time at Rum Point and touring around the east side. Every restaurant we ate at had great food and was right on the ocean. If you are looking for a comfortable, peaceful vacation on the ocean, I would recommend this cond.

Very well appointed condo within a short drive of Rum Point and Starfish beach. We used our rental car for excursions and travel to other beaches, but were always happy to come back to our quiet location and take advantage of the pool here. Would come here again.

Great place, Great People
Our trip was great. This place was clean, comfortable and enjoyable. Been to many different islands and this one leads the pack with cleanliness and friendliness. The others in the complex are so welcoming Had a great trip] Thank you for everything

Great Family Vacation!!
Took a "last minute" trip with our two teenagers right before they started back to school. This is the third time we have stayed in these condos - they are the perfect set up for those of us that prefer the more "natural" state of the island. The condo is clean, had everything we needed, having the pool on-sight was great for the kids and being right on the beach was ideal. We had one small issue - just one of the things you have to understand comes with island life - a quick phone call to Roy and he was immediately available to take care of. We would recommend to anyone and would love to come back ourselves.

Perfect hideaways!
This was our 4th trip to the Harvey Nicole and we loved it as though it was the first time. We had a quiet week filled with great food from local restaurants and lots of time to enjoy the ocean and pool. Perfect location in the Caymans
We were thrilled with this condo. It is beautifully decorated and a perfect location on the Northside of Grand Cayman. It is one of only 10 units in the complex. It' s ground floor location right near the pool was. Perfect also only steps from the beach andthe great snorkeling on the Northside.. Nicole, the owner, was extremely helpful and a pleasure To work with. If returning to the Caymans, we would definitely want yo rent this unit again.
