Hotel a North Smithfield

“Bathtub dripped all night. Shower knob broke off in my hand. Non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Thin walls and the people in the next room talked and laughed all night long. Literally until 8 am. We were out of there by 8:30.”

“Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

“The staff was very sweet but did feel I may have been a bit of a bother when I called front desk at night. The rooms were renovated but not completely, a bit of a miss matched between room and bathroom. The bathroom was a little on the gross side, towel hanger was missing and only showed nails. Front area needs a renovation, I am sure the employees would appreciate it. I missed breakfast but the area they had it in was super clean and they look to have loads of offerings.
