Hotel a Rumford

“I wasn’t looking for shops, but I think there were plenty around. I didn’t know there was a spa. The breakfast stopped too soon as we didn’t get in until 11pm from our event so didn’t get up early enough to make it by the time we took showers. Overall we were satisfied with the hotel. ”

“Put into no bed room, nothing was prepared. Breakfast is just some common items and in the reception hall offering, coffee is cold. Early check-in requested for 1:00 pm, but not available and their check-in time is 4:00 pm and charged for about 200$ is not worth it.”

“Upon checking in the owner was nasty and extremely rude he refused to give me a receipt. I have no issues with deposits but a receipt is a must . The owner said my bank will provider a receipt. Next day I checked on my app and this gentleman.charged me more than the original.deposit charge. I demand a receipt he finally agreed. “We arrived late in the evening in anticipation for my son's graduation from URI the following morning. We checked in and headed right to the room as we were exhausted from our journey. The room was spotless, the beds were pristine and comfy. We quickly put on our pjs and went to brush our teeth before heading to bed when we realized we forgot our toothpaste!! Aaaaahhhh! I went to the front desk and they did not have any but the gentleman popped out to the local store to get some for us. I said...
