“This was our second stay at the cottage and it was just as fantastic as our first stay in June 2024. The atmosphere is very peaceful, calming, and invites restfulness. It’s very close to great beaches and restaurants as well as excellent vintage shops. ”

“The home was immaculate and was well equipped. Bed was one of the most comfortable we ever slept on. The setting gave the sense of sleeping on a boat with the shoreline right out our back door. Although it was a bit chilly to sit on the beach, we enjoyed the walk and sightseeing in Newport and Jamestown. The Animal Toparchy Gardens were fascinating. We would love to rent this"little slice of Heaven" again sometime.”

“TV only got local free channels.No icons for app.Otherwise, it was perfect.Quiet inside apartment although there was on a busy road.Winery was convenient but pricey.Would stay again.”

“We stayed for a wedding at the International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport. The locatio. Was perfect, a 3 minute walk to Easton beach with the Cliff Walk beginning at the end of the beach. Walkable to all of downtown Newport and a very cool neighborhood with lots of dining options. House was well stocked and clean with a great backyard. We will be back!”

“Loved biking to Narragansett Beach, kayaking on the Narrow River, and a day trip to Fort Wetherill and Beavertail State Parks.”

“Property was so cute and comfortable for our stay. We were in Rhode Island for our son’s wedding. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of space for me and my husband and our daughters. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Property management was easy to chat with and ask questions before we got there. We loved it.”

“Really nice area ”

“We had a wonderful stay in this little cottage! It was a clean, safe, and private spot, really close to the beach and an easy ride into Newport. It was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook. Would defintely recommend!”

"Molto comoda per il centro e molto accogliente "

Un hotel dove non tornerei

"La mia permanenza in questo hotel non è stata soddisfacente. Il personale della reception non era gentile ne’ disponibile. Le chiavi elettroniche non funzionavano bene e abbiamo dovute sostituirle più volte. La struttura non è bella e non è tenuta bene. Le stanze sono discrete, abbastanza grandi con spazio per valigie ed effetti personali, c’è una vista carina sul porto. La posizione è oggettivamente molto centrale e strategica per visitare Newport. Tuttavia la pulizia è molto approssimativa, il bagno direi sporco. Abbiamo soggiornato due notti e la stanza non è stata mai rigovernata e pulita. Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con pochi asciugamani…. Da ultimo, le stanze non sono insonorizzate e si sentono rumori incredibili a tutte le ore. Mi spiace ma non tornerei in questo albergo "
