(Vedi sito web (ricerca "Clarks Christmas Tree Farm") per ulteriori informazioni azienda) Vicino alle spiagge, kayak, SUP'ing, vento, kite e surf da onda, 5 cantine entro 10 miglia, le aziende agricole, estuari, riserve naturali, ristoranti, su strada e off-road bike. (Siamo del Narragansett Bay Wheelmen popolare "Flattest secolo in Oriente" corso) 20 minuti a Newport, a 15 minuti a Bristol, 30 minuti a New Bedford e 40 minuti da Providence. Preparare la colazione con il nostro caffè e uova fresche di fattoria locali o in bicicletta / corsa a uno dei tanti stagionali farmstands sul ciglio della strada o negozi di caffè. Absolutely LOVED staying here!! Super welcoming hosts, very clean cottage, beautiful property! Getting to see the goats and chickens every morning made my day. The cottage was stocked with everything you would need. Cute little town and not too far from Newport!

Once inside this little cottage, it was a cozy and a delight, pictures accurate. When we arrived, the cottage siding looked like it needed sprucing up and upon first entry there was a slight musty smell, which dissipated quickly. It was spotless and had everything you would need. Kitchen well-stocked, towels plentiful, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash. Check-in was easy. Shower a tad small, but water pressure good. A couple times the hot water seemed to cool, and toilet filled slowly but not a game-changer. My mom found the bed comfortable. The bed area near the fireplace would be for a small person/child, but I would not recommend. This place is perfect for two people. We loved the chickens/rooster/goats in the back that we could see through some windows. We enjoyed the quiet, quaintness and loved the décor. It is approximately 40 minutes to Newport; had dinner at The Dory close by and the Black Whale in Bedford, MA, 30 minutes away. Recommendations left on the table of nearby restaurants/places were helpful. Overall, a great place and I would stay here again!

I loved staying at the Christmas Tree Farm. The cottage is very comfortable and was perfect for us. We would wake up, get our coffee and go outside to say hello to the goats, chickens and roosters. It reminded me of a Hallmark Christmas movie set. The town of Tiverton does not disappoint! Driving around town will experience beautiful landscapes from sailboats on the water, to stonewalls for miles surrounding farm land and true New England style homes.

Lovely little cottage! Everything the two of us needed. Quiet, comfortable and well appointed. They even provided some simple condiments, fresh local coffee, a bottle of wine and their own local honey! Visiting the farm stand and being able to walk the farm was great too. Just a simple slice of heaven in Rhode Island.

So much care was put into insuring that we had a comfortable stay at this quaint cottage nestled in a site that include friendly goats, chickens, beehives – and yes of course Christmas trees. We enjoyed fresh eggs, herbs and honey from the on-site farm stand. It’s only a five-minute drive to the Four Corners area with food choices that range from fine gourmet dining to good old homemade ice cream in waffle cones, and shopping that ranges from curated imported specialties to down and weathered, local antiques. The accommodation has a casual quality with all the conveniences you would want. In the evenings we watched the sun go down against the treetops, enjoying our meals al fresco. Our hosts were delightful. Thank you!

Cozy farm stay

Cozy cottage on quiet farm, enjoyed visiting the chickens, goats and farm stand. The cottage was very clean and well stocked. The air conditioner, fans and dehumifier kept it comfortable during the hot weather.

Quaint, cute & cozy

My husband and I stayed in this cute cozy place for six nights. Very welcoming, great location and awesome hosts. Eric and Catherine have made sure you have everything you could need, very well appointed place. Easy communication and welcome packet with all kinds of information along with pamphlets and flyers and maps were very helpful. We were very thankful for all of the great recommendations on restaurants, shops and especially ice cream ! Nice peaceful location and centrally located, easy to get to popular destinations / sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and if we make it back to Rhode Island we would love to stay there again. Thank you Catherine and Eric!

Cozy and comfy cottage

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Eric and Catherine’s place. There are a lot of nearby restaurants, beaches, and things to do. Eric and Catherine are kind enough to provide recommendations, maps, and brochures of must see locations, like Newport.
