Hotel a Chepachet

“Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

“Rte 6 can be an issue when making a left into the parking lot of the hotel depending on time of day. Be careful. Room was clean, lighting could be better. No table lamps just ceiling lights with led. A little bright. Water pressure and temp was great. Bed was comfortable. Could have used another blanket and maybe 2 more towels for 2 adults for 2 nights. All in all I would recommend due to cleanliness and the gentleman who helped us at check in was great. ”

“Staff was excellent! Matul, Kayla, Cheyenne and Kristen were all very helpful, responsive and friendly. The area was safe and convenient to shops/restaurants, parking was ample, and our room was clean, spacious and quiet. Walls were thin but we were lucky not to have noisy neighbors during our 5 day stay. Breakfast was a treat given our extended stay. We would stay again. ”

“We checked in around 8pm after going to an event. The boiler had exploded at some point that night. There was no heat or hot water. This is a remote location, so at that point in the day we didn't have another option. I realize what happened was out of their control, but they didn't offer anything to help accommodate for this issue, even just a free breakfast would've been fine. We paid full price for a place without heat or hot water. We couldn't shower in the morning before we met family and...
