“Clean with an excellent location”

“Beautiful spacious 3bedroom, 3 bath. We were there with 6 family members to see son’s Navy OCS Graduation. This condo is in the heart of Thames street- an easy walk to shops, restaurants, bars, the yacht Museum. We really enjoyed our stay. We had some light issues which were quickly resolved after a quick phone call to the management. This stay exceeded our expectations. Great experience!”

“The home was cute and comfortable. It's not immediately in the action of town but close enough to walk. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and the house felt clean. The couch and chairs in the family room were not the most cushy but fine enough. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!”

“This flat was wonderful! Everything felt very clean and luxe, the kitchen had a great set up for cooking, and the sofa bed made it a perfect space for 3 people. The location was amazing— very walkable to Federal Hill, downtown, and had lots of restaurants/coffee shops around. The host was very responsive with our questions. He was accommodating when our flights in were delayed and flights out were late in the evening.”

“We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset...

“The host was nice enough but the house itself was odd. Our first indication of trouble was the boarding house sign on the house. Then we were faced with confusing instructions and multiple entrances with key pads locks. Once we entered, we realized that we had to walk into the host's living space to access our rooms. The first thing we noticed about our room was how cold it was. That's when we noticed the two air conditioners in the windows letting in cold air. The thermostat was in the host...
