“The home was as pictured online. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen/living space was a good size. This home was very close to the shopping/wharf area (about half mile walk) and plenty of restaurants very close by as well. There was pretty regularly a parking spot right out front or just a couple doors down. Very comfortable and easy to communicate with the owner. Would stay here again!”

“Very walkable and convenient. A warm, inviting setup with plenty of room for our group of five adults. Cleanliness was superb. It had everything we needed! Parking spots were a big plus. We hope to return in warmer weather, to enjoy the patio and porch!”

“The home was cute and comfortable. It's not immediately in the action of town but close enough to walk. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and the house felt clean. The couch and chairs in the family room were not the most cushy but fine enough. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here!”

“We loved our stay. Although it's in the middle of what's probably one of the busiest & areas in Newport, the location was great for us. We could walk to lots of the sites & restaurants. For the mansions & cliff walk we took the free trolley that's main hub is in walking distance of the Inn. The trolley goes to lots of the points of interest in town. Staff was great. Room had everything we needed. The rooftop deck is great to sit (possible with an adult beverage) & watch the harbor, boats, sunset...

“We had a great stay at the Eagle's Nest to celebrate my wife's birthday. Located an easy walk from Napatree Point and Lighthouse Point, this beautiful home is perfectly located for beach walks and local exploring. We didn't get to enjoy the spectacular views until the morning we checked out (weather didn't cooperate), but they were a highlight. Chris was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, providing some snacks/drinks for our arrival (huge when travelling with kids), and sending along...
