“This is not a "luxury" loft - it is adequate. There is no place to hang a jacket or hat, the furniture is sparce and although the kitchen is well stocked with plates, silverware and cooking utensils, there is not so much as a dish towel or saltshaker or other kitchen odds and ends that make a place more homey. Also - the "balcony" is pretty much unusable. The location is great - it's walking distance to everything along Thames St. But given its deficits I would not recommend it.”

A coffee enthusiast can’t deal with that!!! Please remember to bring any cling wrap, foil or storage containers as there are none in the kitchen. “This spacious townhome which is very conveinent to downtown Newport, but away from the hubbub. Was very clean when we arrived. Has a large common room / kitchen, and a couple of decks. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Newport.”
