Splendido condominio con terrazza sul tetto, vista sul Tamigi

Questo appartamento con due camere da letto si trova al secondo e al terzo piano di un affascinante edificio risalente al 1800! I soffitti alti e le grandi finestre accentuano il soggiorno e la zona pranzo del piano principale. Una cucina completamente attrezzata, camera da letto e un bagno si trovano anche al livello principale.

Al piano superiore è la camera da letto principale con finestre da pavimento a soffitto guardando a ovest verso Newport Harbor. C'è una stanza del sole che conduce ad una terrazza sul tetto. Anche a questo livello è un bagno en-suite e angolo cottura con frigorifero pieno dimensioni, perfetto per mantenere le vostre bevande fredde mentre ti rilassi sul ponte.

Wonderful Stay in a great location!

Great location! Very clean and well stocked bathrooms. Spent a lot of time on the rooftop deck. Only complaint, and it was probably user error that we couldn’t figure out how to shut them off, are the deck lights shining into the upstairs bedroom at night.

Wow! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Loved our stay! Location was perfect, and we appreciated the parking pass that made parking convenient. Rooftop had a great view and was a relaxing place to unwind. Loved our stay! Wish we could have stayed longer!

It's all about a good night's sleep

The condo was beautiful. The roof top over looked Thames street with the harbor in distance. But....it's all about the bed. Especially on vacation, a good nights sleep is important. So why, oh why, in a >$1K a night condo are we sleeping in a bed with very deep grooves as if two gorillas have been sleeping on it for a year? Simply fix.......buy a new bed!!! We stayed at 194N Thames.

Wonderful location

Our family of four stayed for a few days visiting extended family in the area. The rooftop and location were the highlight of our stay. The place was very clean and just as pictured and so convenient to shopping and restaurants. The only improvements would be to better stock towels (no hand towels in the kitchen- none even for drying dishes, and only one towel per person for our stay) and bathroom supplies (we had to buy toilet paper which wasn’t a big deal but an inconvenience for only a 4 night stay). It was really a wonderful place and felt almost brand new!

Excellent location!

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights and couldn’t have been more pleased. Everything in the house was perfect and the roof top deck was HUGE! It definitely exceeded our expectations. The loft was in a perfect spot for walking around shopping and eating. The only downfall was both of our coffee makers didn’t work but the cafe below us was wonderful!

Location! Location! Location! Excellent. Centrally located so we could walk the city. Shops, restaurants and mansions. Beautiful place. Spacious. Beds so comfortable and a kitchen for our convenience. We loved our stay in Newport!

Nice stay

Great location! Very clean! Loved the outdoor space! And sleeping areas. Not ideal for cooking a proper meal as the kitchen supplies are super limited. Had to buy salt and pepper. Communication with manager was good on Friday but went radio silent when I had questions over the weekend. So nice stay but not perfect. We will continue our quest for the perfect Newport lodging.

Newport Gem

This property is perfect for out of town travelers. It’s in a great location and the roof top patio is ideal for relaxing with a drink before dinner at restaurants that are steps away.

Great location, lovely town

Location of condo was excellent. Very clean. Lots of charm. Plenty of space in condo for our family of four. Second bedroom is upstairs, which was nice. Beds were comfortable. Parking was not an issue for us (we were not there on a weekend.). Top deck patio was a great bonus. Although windows on the sunroom are not functional so you can’t use the room on a summer day as it is extremely hot. Kitchen could have been better stocked - eg no cutting board and few dishes ( we had to run the dishwasher after 2 days of breakfast only in the condo). No extra towels or toilet paper provided. But there were beach chairs provided. Great stay over all.

Great location and property

Stayed here for 3 days with my wife and 2 teenage boys. Great location right in the heart of the Newport waterfront, walking distance to so much with shops, restaurants, waterfront, and other attractions. The apartment was clean and well appointed. It was great having the private rooftop deck to hang out and enjoy the sunshine and ocean breeze. The parking across the street was easy and close by. Noise from the street below was minimal and never disturbed us. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for what we needed... access to great restaurants and Newport Shipyard. Very spacious and clean. There were a few small details that were an issue but the overall stay was great.

Ladies Getaway

Very comfortable and well-located condo. Beds were comfortable, linens/towels of good quality, spaces were wonderful for gathering; loved the roof-top deck space. Temperature control for summer was excellent. Bathrooms modern and lots of hot water and water pressure! Be advised, there is a bit of a staircase to get up to the apartment, if that's a consideration; also an upstairs bedroom. Great place.

This property is a gem in the heart of Newport!

Pretty easy experience renting this property - one small issue (caused solely by myself) was that I initially selected the wrong check-out date and had to create a new separate reservation which caused confusion w the property management team. They were quick to acknowledge and apologized for the error so no harm done.
