“My booking was relocated to another hotel. The staff was adversarial, unhelpful, and tried on multiple occasions to move us to a worse room than promised. We were put in smoking rooms when we specifically purchased and specified non-smoking. The rooms were awful, smelled awful, and the breakfast was very unsanitary. I would recommend this place to no one and it was only marginally better than sleeping in our car which is what we ended up doing the next night. ”

“The toilet was directly across from the hot tub, which is a very small no bathroom. Just a curtain between the toilet and the hot tub. There's no shower, there's no bureau, no place to put your clothes. This is the worst day I have ever been at.You know, I only booked it because you on expedia made it look good.It is horrible place way overpriced”

“the room i stayed in (27) smelled VERY strongly of pee. the service was okay but the attendant was a bit rude at check in if you care. the temp in the room was set at 80 and couldn’t be changed, and i had to run an air conditioning unit at full blast to feel normal in the room, which felt pretty unsafe as it’s all on ground floor and someone definitely could have gotten in by taking out the unit from the outside. the furniture was well worn and i found hair and debris in the bedding. for what it...

“Huge room, never had a room with so much space. The room was clean with all the amenities. The bed was very comfortable.
Did not use the pool or gym but looked in and both looked appealing.
We were welcomed with fresh baked cookies. The lobby offered 24 hour coffee. Many self serve items to purchase.
Breakfast was excellent with several hot choices.
