Guest house in Rhode Island

“Clean room and comfortable bed (looked exactly like photo) in an interesting historic building. Our room was large, well-lit, and had working AC. The one shared bathroom was beautiful and very clean, but we sometimes had to wait. Great location - along river near footbridge across river, with food trucks and Tizzy K's. Wonderful Dave's coffee just down the road. Available parking either along road or in lot behind The Hill. NOTE that the kitchen is NOT available, which should have been noted...

“Great place . Atmosphere and friendliness were tops …”

“Very nice!”

“Excellent”

“Beautiful property, clean updated accommodations and appliances. Bug-free outdoor patio with shade umbrella was wonderful; games including shuffleboard were a big hit for this small-scale family reunion (3 generations, 6 people). Perfect for our get-togther; beach supplies were top notch! Wonderful host and hostess. Highly recommend.”

“Very clean and host communicates well.”

“Such a beautiful house and amazing hosts had a wonderful fourth of July weekend!”

“If you’re looking for somewhere reasonable to overnight, this is a good choice. As a single traveler, I felt safe walking in the neighborhood. You’re within walking distance of restaurants and amenities. Might consider earplugs for sleeping as you can hear other guests walking in the hall or in the room next door. I would stay at this location again.”

“I had a lovely stay at this hotel and the coffee was delicious.”
