Best spot!

This place was the perfect spot for a quick trip to Newport. It’s close to everything, but tucked away in a quiet garden. Parking was easy and check-in was great. I would definitely recommend!

Lovely stay in Newport

This was a wonderful location and cozy, beautiful place to stay. We were in town for the Newport Classical Music Festival, and were glad to be able to walk to the concerts at The Breakers as well as to downtown for meals and sightseeing. Highly recommend!

Perfect location! Very quaint

My two adult daughters and I stayed at Mia’s lovely place for a girls weekend at the end of May. Prior to our stay, I had a few questions and she was very quick to respond. We found the place was very clean and perfect for our needs. It’s a quick walk to almost anything in Newport. We only used an Uber once because it was raining pretty heavily. The attached patio was filled with beautiful plants and flowers , along with outdoor furniture. We felt like we were in an oasis. It is close to everything in the mansion district but set back from the road for tons of privacy. Please note that there is one bedroom with a second bedroom in the loft. The loft is accessible by climbing a ladder. My grown daughters had no trouble with getting in and out of the loft. I imagine kids would love it!Overall, I would recommend this cozy place and would stay here again!

Cozy

Loved the patio with the quintessential New England garden. It was nice and quiet during the day and night. Good location, not far from Bellevue and Memorial intersection. If you have trouble with stairs, this property is not for you. The bathroom was small, and if you have more than 2 people, I would not recommend since you need to climb a 90 degree ladder to access the loft beds.

Perfect stay!

I highly recommend this cozy, quiet guesthouse. Location is central and easily walkable to all sights. Property was very clean, bed was comfortable with lots of pillows and extra blankets. Cozy living space with comfy couch and chair, and very adequate kitchenette. The waters, juices and snacks were a welcome touch after a long drive.Our 3 night stay was just perfect. Thanks Mia and Lisa!

Charming pace with great location and garden

We had such a lovely stay at this place, which was just blocks away from downtown Newport and tge cliff walk. . It was perfect for the two of us, as we celebrated our anniversary. Loved the way the main living areas were decorated, and appreciated the little extras that the host provided for us. It was also very easy to communicate with the owner, and she also provided recommendations for several great restaurants in the area. Would highly recommend it!

Quaint Quiet Gem

This property was absolutely perfect for our 3 day trip to Newport. Mia’s place is just lovely! It was immaculate and homey and Mia thought of everything from snacks and drinks, hot and cold, to shampoo conditioner and body wash and lotion. The outdoor space was so peaceful and just a lovely place to sit and spend time relaxing The location was nestled on a quiet side street just a couple minutes walk to the mansions and convenient to the wharfs. We could not have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again for a longer trip.

Perfect stay for tennis

We were in town for the Hall of Fame tournament and were lucky to find this clean and cozy space close to the site. Everything inside was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful deck. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Everything was great. Mia is very easy to coordinate with and the location can’t get much better. The apartment was perfect for our needs. Being able to eat and hang out on the deck was a bonus. Like having another room.

This cute and quirky place was perfect for our quick stay in Newport. It was in pristine condition and stocked with many extras, like drinks and snacks, which we greatly appreciated. Wonderful to be able to walk to shops and sites.

Rainy Memorial Day Weekend…

Great place to stay even if it rains all weekend. This place is very quiet. Located on the west side of Newport near mansions and beaches. Very clean and comfortable. Cooked breakfast in the morning and went to some great restaurants for Lunch and Dinner.
