Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete). Our car was covered in it, and needed a car wash because the windows were hard to see out of. Still, the state of RI will take care of this. Other than that, excellent host, excellent stay. “One of my favorite VRBOs to date. It’s newly renovated.Great beds so everyone will sleep well. It is super clean, it’s roomy and TVs allow you to use your subscriptions to apps, loved the location. It’s on the 3rd floor and no elevator so just do some stretching and get ready for your workout getting the bags up the stairs. Highly recommend and hope my next VRBO comes close to this one!”
