COTTAGE DEL GIARDINO
Il nostro GARDEN COTTAGE, una struttura naturale di ghiaia con parcheggio fuori strada, accogliente e privato, si trova nel mezzo di tutte le famose attrazioni che attraggono le persone a Newport; le meravigliose MANSIONS lungo BELLEVUE AVENUE, l'incomparabile bellezza della nostra CLIFF WALK e la nostra 10 MILE OCEAN DRIVE, in fondo alla strada, è una piccola spiaggia privata a disposizione di escursionisti, nuotatori e bagnanti. Ho sempre amato Newport e l'ho trovato incredibilmente bello, rilassante ed emozionante. Recentemente, Newport è stato elencato su ABC GOOD MORNING AMERICA come uno dei 10 PIU 'BELLI LUOGHI IN AMERICA. Imaging che vive qui! Godrete di guardare i loro video di notizie. Con una cucina completa al primo piano, il nostro GARDEN COTTAGE ti permette di cucinare i tuoi pasti o di cenare in uno dei tanti ristoranti della zona. Il secondo piano è una grande camera con letto matrimoniale, divano letto, zona salotto, televisione, lettore dvd, piccola biblioteca, bagno completo, lucernari e vista ALMY POND. Questo appartamento è affittato per un soggiorno minimo di sette notti durante i mesi estivi e mensile da settembre a maggio.

La BEACH, la CLIFF WALK, la MANSIONS e la SALVE REGINA UNIVERSITY CAMPUS sono tutti a due isolati da noi. DOWNTOWN NEWPORT è 3/4 miglia a nord.
Convenientemente situato per godere del FESTIVAL ANNIVERSARIO NEWPORT MUSIC, NEWPORT JAZZ e FESTIVAL FOLLARI. Soggiorno con noi, andare in bicicletta e evitare il traffico. Venite a navigare, nuotare, pescare, andare in bicicletta, andare in pattinaggio, vela o semplicemente rilassarvi. Basta trascorrere la giornata seduta sulle rocce dall'acqua sulla Passeggiata Scogliera o Ocean Drive può essere un'esperienza piacevole e rilassante.


Godetevi il nostro cortile e dormi pacificamente nella nostra posizione tranquilla quando tornerai dalle vostre escapiste ogni sera.

Lou is a fantastic host. He’s kind, communicative and accommodating. I was traveling for work, photographing a wedding in Newport. The cottage was not overly fussy but was perfectly stocked with thoughtful touches and the bed was SO comfy. I loved the location for the ease with which I could get to town, but the removed quiet as well. I loved walking to the closest beach and Cliff Walk to take advantage of a perfect blue sky in the morning. Lou was available and present but also respectful of my privacy and peace. I couldn’t be more pleased with my time at Lou’s and will stay there again when I book my next Newport wedding.

As first timers to Newport, we are extremely happy with our visit. Location and accommodations of this cozy cottage is wonderful. Lou the host was very attentive and kind. This is a great location - within short walking distance for visiting Breakers and other Newport mansions and Cliff Walk. It is a short drive to the downtown wharf area. Nice quiet neighborhood. The host Lou was very friendly and responsive. We found the VRBO listing to be vey accurate.

From the time we checked in until we checked out, we enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower hot. Lou, our very responsive host, asked us to let him know if we needed anything. However, everything we needed was already provided. We enjoyed several of his friendly recommendations. This place is perfect for a couple; and, we highly recommend booking. If we are ever in Newport again, we would book this garden apartment without hesitation.

The property is 1 block off of Bellevue where all of the mansions are! We are so glad that we stayed here as opposed to downtown because we could walk everywhere and there was a lot of traffic due to Labor Day Weekend. This rental was well equipped for the two of us and was very comfortable! Lou was fantastic (friendly and had good advice)! We highly recommend and we will be back!

Our stay in Newport, Rhode Island was delightful. The cottage has every amenity a guest could ask for and is immaculate. The location is perfect for walking to the beach and the amazing Cliff Walk that hugs the coastline. The cottage is close to the vibrant downtown area, and beautiful state parks for hiking. This was our first visit to Rhode Island and we loved the climate, people, and diverse options as first-time visitors. We would rent the Newport Getaway cottage again. It is a hidden gem.

We spent three nights in this apartment and it was perfect! The owners thought of everything we could possibly need. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. We walked to many of our destinations. They gave us some great recommendations on restaurants andsites to visit. Highly recommend!

We were in Newport for the US Men's Sr. Open at Newport CC. We loved the location of the cottage--in a quiet neighborhood close to the Cliff Walk and beach. Lou gave us excellent restaurant suggestions and was quite attentive. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was absolutely perfect. It's a small but very accommodating renovated garage behind the owner's property, which makes communication very good if ever you need anything. It is a short walk from the beach and a short drive from the busy streets on the wharf and near Thames. Lou, the owner, is very hospitable and does everything he can to make sure you enjoy your stay. On day one, he called and sent tips for around the area, like food and attractions. We were able to meet him and talk to get to know each other, and he is a very kind and welcoming man. I definitely recommend!
