“Amazing resort feeling at this hotel but sadly pool wasn’t open which I had known. Very clean and only downfall was the horrible dial up internet speed which made me feel like I’m staying in farm land. FYI Internet speed was at the most 5mbps”

“No notice that they would not come and make the room. They only left coffee for one night and I had to go downstairs for coffee the second morning. A better coffee machine would make the stay better.”

“Staff was good for more part and professional. The breakfast was buffet style with 3 options of hot meal, waffles, cereal, oatmeal etc We got a 2 queen bedroom meaning it's 4 of us staying.. the room sizes are smaller then most 2 bed rooms we've stayed in. Barely any space to put things or walka round. There def wasn't enough Outlets in the room for chargers. Just the slow ones on light fixtures. The sink is Way to high for Kids, and the faucets are too Small for anyone to fit a normal...

“I normally don’t give bad reviews, however this experience over the Memorial weekend 2026 was unpleasant. First off upon arriving was told the indoor swimming pool was shut down all weekend due to repairs and I called a week ago and asked if pool would for sure be open and I was advise yes. I told my children they would be able to go swimming and enjoy the pool, I bought swim suits, pool toys and floats and all for nothing. My children were very upset and thought I lied to them. Then on Sunday...

We were a family travelling and had several needs and the staff worked to accommodate all of them. We will always choose this location when needing to be in this area. :)”
