Spacious 4BR/2BA house with bonus extra room and is conveniently located on Keyser pointe rd and off route 50. Quick ride over the Rt 50 bridge into the heart of Ocean City with lot of fun things to do and see, 3 miles of shops, restaurants, boutiques, pubs, unique attractions, Trimper�s Rides and Jolly Roger�s at the Pier Amusement Park, nightlife, live music and dancing, and so much more. It is only about 9 miles to Assateague Island National Park to enjoy amazing nature, sunsets, and wild animal sceneries. About 6 miles to the west ride to America�s Coolest Small Town, Berlin � a charming downtown with lots of beautiful arts and music events, a variety of small boutique shops, and numerous delicious local eateries.

For your convenience, we provide 1 free parking spot next to boardwalk and the beach for duration of your stay so you do not have to worry about searching or paying for it when coming to the beach.
Hot tub is available from April 1st till October 30th.

We are ready for your family and group with plenty of new beds: 1 king, 1 queen, 3 full and 2 twin size beds.

Prepare delicious dishes and discover your inner cooking skills in the fully stocked kitchen, supplied with everything needed to prepare homemade meals. Not a fan of cooking or want to eat out? Simply stroll to the wide range of popular restaurants nearby.

Gather for movie nights in the spacious living area including a big screen smart TV.

The first level has Bedroom 1 with King size bed, Bedroom 2 with twin over full bunk bed, Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed.

Upstairs bedroom 4 has 1 full size and a twin size beds.

For extra sleeping we also have a full size folding bed in sunroom.

Kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs, and is upgraded with stainless steel range, refrigerator, and dishwasher, granite counter tops, and upgraded cabinets. Central HVAC. Can park 4 cars next to the house.

Guest access

Property is self check in, door access and wifi pass codes are provided at check-in time. Guests will have access to the entire property.

Other things to note

- During the summer season please plan ahead as traffic can be heavy on route 50.

- Linen and towel package is provided. You are welcome to bring in any additional sheets or towels if you are planning for longer stays.

- Car needed if you do not like to walk or take the bus. Its 2 miles from the boardwalk and the beach. 1 parking permit, spot near boardwalk and beach is provided.
- Can park 4 cars next to the house.

- Wood fire pit area for chilly nights

- Gas Grill, tank is provided. If you use grill, please clean after the use for next guest to avoid the additional $150 cleaning fee

- 24/7 stores - CVS and Wawa are less than 2 minute walking distance.
