Great location
Have stayed here several times. Love the location to downtown, restaurants, and the beach. We walk to just about everything in the area even over the bridge into Biloxi. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Henry is quick to reply to any concerns. Looking forward to next time.

Ladies golf get away
We planned our trip to be there for the Peter Anderson festival in early November. Enjoyed the closeness to town and all the activity. Had a wonderful stay, golfing, walking, shopping and enjoying the eats that Ocean Springs offer. Will be back.

First visit Ocean Springs
We came here to check out the area to maybe relocate and just to see what Ocean Springs was like. It was a great place. Great location I half a block away from government Street. We’re all the shops restaurants and bars are so you’re right in the middle of everything Very walkable little place. I give a five stars.

Great Location!
Super quaint space in the perfect location if you are looking to be downtown. Be aware it is in a busy area with late night noise from surrounding bars, but that was part of the appeal for me, and sound machine was all we needed (we brought one, but they are provided for you as well). One side of the property is more affected than the other as far as noise, but we slept on the “loud” side, and were fine. Well equipped space that was super clean and well kept. Booking/check-in process was a breeze as well. Loved it all around and as a frequent visitor of Ocean Springs, am excited to have found this little gem.

Sister Time

Great downtown location!
This spacious condo is the perfect location if you want to be in downtown Ocean Springs. It’s walkable to all the great shops, restaurants, and bars located in the area. I would definitely stay there again.

Heart of Ocean Springs
If you want to be in the heart of Ocean Springs, this is it. Park your car and most everything is in walking distance. The ahopps, restaurants and clubs all complement each other in this town. Go visit and stay here.

Nice property
The location was great, the space was clean and has everything you would need. The only downside would be the bar next door that has dance music just blaring. It made it difficult to sleep. I would stay there again, but I will bring ear plugs

Great location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is bright, airy and very well equipped. The pictures and property descriptions are accurate. It was easy to take advantage of all Ocean Springs had to offer from this central location. The porch with the swinging benches was our favorite spot. Our host was most accommodating.

“Middle of it All in Ocean Springs” rental was everything my sister and I needed. So spacious for a 2 bedroom with a large galley kitchen and bathroom. Everything worked perfectly. The host was always a phone call away, answered promptly, and provided answers.

Nice Stay
Enjoyed our weekend get away to Ocean Springs Really enjoyed our apartment rental. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the porch and swing. The apartment is within 3 blocks of several good places to eat and enjoy drinks. It was a nice walk to the Saturday morning farmers market, and a longer but able walk to the beach. We will try to rent this apartment again when we return to Ocean Springs. The only fault we had was the bathroom towel situation. Make sure you understand what will be supplied before heading there. We did not have any hand towels. There were only enough face and bath towels for us two, which was good since it was only us two. But the apartment sleeps four, and there would not have been enough towels for four people every day of our stay.

Great place, close to everything
Really nice place and we had a good time. FYI: it is next to loud rooftop bar that closes at midnight. If you have to use the second bedroom you should bring earplugs if you need to sleep before 10. Very quiet after midnight though.

Spacious Accommodations - Great Location
This was amazing! My wife and I visited Ocean Springs to celebrate her early retirement. The location is close to everything the little downtown area has to offer. We spent the week relaxing. The live music on Saturday nights can be heard in the rental but it is not so loud that you can't sleep. Everything was wonderful!

great place to stay
I have rented this property 3 times. It’s location is what first attracted me but I really like everything about this rental. It’s very clean and has everything you need. We enjoy the nearby restaurants/bars and especially the various genres of music to choose from. Henry is a great host. He’s very quick to respond to any concerns I have had. I’m looking forward to returning next spring.

Great location
This place is central to everything. The property is very clean and nice. It had everything you could ask for. We enjoyed the location. Easy access to just about everything. Parking was very convenient. Really couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

Perfect spot for Ocean Springs
Perfect location. Not even half a block from Government Street. You can sit on the porch swing and listen to the live music. Two bedrooms are perfect. Very clean. Excellent communication with owners. Took care of a parking problem in 5 minutes. Will definitely be back.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient
This was my second visit to OS and second stay at this address. Henry is great and responds quickly to questions. I had to call him at 10 pm because I forgot the front door lock combo and he was very gracious. Both units at this address are really great for family stays - clean, spacious and comfortable.

Just Wonderful!
Middle of it all pleasantly surprised my sister and I. It is a lovely apartment. The decor is welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked and clean. The beds are comfortable. It was a sister's getaway and it couldn't have been better! Literally steps away from boutique shopping, coffees, pastries and fantastic assortment of restaurants. The museum is less than a 5 minute walk and the beach just a few minutes more. By car you can be on the beach soaking up ray's and relaxing under one of the beautiful palm trees in a matter of 10 minutes. The front porch swing/patio is a lovely space to visit and watch the 2 cats that seem to possess the well manicured yard while listening to the sounds of local music coming from nearby restaurants/bars. The people are so kind and seem to be so happy and relaxed while truly enjoying serving shoppers and guests. Check in is simple just be sure you have a contact number in case the key code doesn't work. Our code didn't work but was taken care of right away when I found a contact number. Wonderful 1st experience of Ocean Springs, what a gem!

Relax and Walk
This is a great apartment in the middle of town. We parked our car in front of the property and walked everywhere. We spent a fair amount of time visiting with friends on the relaxing porch. The kitchen was great for cooking and baking. The bed was comfortable. We will be back!

In the Middle of it All
The location is within a few steps away from all the shops, restaurants, & bars on Gov St. It may be a little to close on Fri & Sat as stated by other feedback. Henry was very flexible & accommodating with some changes needed for Covid vaccination. Carl, the town rooster was a welcome visitor & we enjoyed the small town atmosphere. Beds were comfortable & supplies in the kitchen met our needs. The heater fan in the bathroom was also a nice feature on cold nights. The cons: the porcelain tub/shower was very slippery & needs some adhesive strips & a bar when exiting the shower/tub. Also, the toilet was very small & needs an elongated replacement. Only other con was the oven/stove needed to be cleaned as baking set off the smoke alarm on 2 occasions. The listing of the cons is an attempt to be helpful and accurate. They were relatively minor, & did not impact rating this place as a good place to explore Ocean Springs & the short drive to Biloxi beaches & casinos.

Fun, relaxing stay in the heart of Ocean Springs. Wonderful walking experience.....
Many thanks to host Henry. The house was perfect... clean (very important to me), well stocked with every necessity. Beds were very comfortable and furnishings were in good condition. Just outside our door was top notch retailing and great restaurants. Just right for us!

Great Location
My wife and I had a great stay here over a 3-day weekend. The location is central to the downtown area, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The porch was perfect for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening. I was a little concerned that music and crowd noise from the nearby restaurants might be a problem late into the night, but the bands stopped playing at 11 PM so it wasn't an issue at all.

"Middle of It All" is the perfect name for this convenient gem!
Our little family enjoyed our stay in this cozy, clean property. We were (literally) steps from everything in chic downtown Ocean Springs. As previous reviewers stated, the adjacent restaurants and bars can be a bit noisy at night, but our kids slept in the room closest to those and were not fazed.
