Partially open to the living area, the loft offers a queen bed and a twin daybed.

Unassigned parking is available for one car in the lot next to the unit. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Heat is provided via the fireplace in the living area and space heaters. The property does not have air-conditioning.
This ground-floor unit spans two floors and is accessed via a ramp from the parking area. (The entryway is free of stairs.)
LOCATION
Walk just 200' from your front door to relax on the beach. Enjoy prime access to the oceanside hiking trails at Oceano Dunes Natural Preserve.
Head to nearby Pismo Beach and stroll the 1,200-foot pier or browse the shops. Time your visit right and explore the Monarch Butterfly Grove, where thousands of monarch butterflies can be seen clustering in eucalyptus trees seasonally.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
