Modern Bungalow Blocks from OU Stadium - 3 Bed / 2 Bath - Sleeps 6

This 1928 home has been recently remodeled both in and outside, but retains the near century old charm! Located on Duffy street just a 5 minute walk from the OU campus AND Main St Norman, this house is perfect for hosting visiting football fans or visitors for the other Norman events.

Take a short 5 block walk to Historic Campus Corner to enjoy the Norman and campus classics, or walk up Legacy Trail just across the street to Main Street to enjoy over a dozen local bars and restaurants (and check out Norman's history on the trail!).

Important: 6 is the maximum number of guest allowed. This limit will be strictly enforced. No parties or events allowed on the property. Violation of these rules will mean eviction with no refunds.

The detached garage is not included in the property rental.

Wonderful property close to campus
We were staying for my daughter's graduation. The propert was a great locatiin and very nice. Clean and well furnished. Host even left snacks and waters which was a great touch!

Absolute Perfection
This might be the cutest property in Norman! Well appointed & gorgeously decorated the only thing better than this house might be the location of this house. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere we wanted to go! We would absolutely rent again and again!

Amazing stay in Norman
Hayden's place is updated, comfy and super convenient. Really easy access to Campus Corner, Main Street, and campus. We were visiting our sons and had the perfect landing pad for an impromptu birthday cake gathering before heading to Campus Corner. Layout and beds were great. Will warn you that it is just a house or two down from the railway. This was NOT a problem for us. Did not find it loud or intrusive. Hayden was very responsive and accommodating. Would for sure stay here again.
