This hotel has all the basics and it was clean. That said, we felt like we were scammed by the management. 30 minutes before check in I received an email that they had trouble processing the payment through Expedia. I called them and they said they couldn’t use another card over the phone, only Expedia could update it. So I contact Expedia, and they wouldn’t update it. After an hour between Expedia and the hotel, the only thing we could do would be to cancel it and rebook, however it would be in the 24 hour window of no cancellation, the hotel said they would wave the fees. They assured me they had plenty of rooms even though the website said they did not have the same type and rate. Once I cancelled, my rooms would come available. However this didn’t happen, and I could only book the larger room at a higher rate. So. This very basic room cost me 300$ more because they wouldn’t allow me to change my payment method. Also we needed to book two rooms because we were a party of 5, it turns out the room that we had had 4 beds and a sofa bed, so we only needed one room- and ended up paying for two ) at a higher rate).
