No!! No! Assolutamente no! Mai nella vita! È una truffatrice! Non da nessun codice d entrata, non risponde a nessuna chiamata! Lascia i clienti fuori dall hotel! Se avessi letto prima le recensioni, non avrei mai prenotato! Quindi, mi rivolgo a voi viaggiatori, sperando leggete le recensioni prima di prenotare.. non fatelo!! Non prenotate

Senza infamia e senza lode. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 2 notti e ci siamo trovati bene. La camera era mooolto molto grande con anche una cucina ben attrezzata con bollitore, toaster, macchina del caffè americano e pentole. Il bagno molto grande ma spartano. La doccia non comodissima in quanto aveva la tenda, soffione vecchiotto che andrebbe sostituito. Il lavandino minuscolo. Con tutto quello spazio uno più grande ci sarebbe stato benissimo. Tutto sommato ci si adatta e non ci si lamenta. La moquette della stanza era pulita. Tv in camera e check-in veloce. Basta chiamare, dare il proprio nome e ti danno il codice per aprire la tua camera, non abbiamo mai visto nessuno della struttura. Lo consiglio per brevi soggiorni.

Servizio standard, ma con tutto ciò che serve
Gli appartamenti offrono un servizio piuttosto standard, dallo stile aparthotel. In ogni caso non manca nulla, sono sufficientemente caldi e hanno un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Unica pecca è rappresentata dalla doccia che tende ad allagate il bagno. Per il resto è ok. Presenza di bar e panificio proprio sotto casa, piccolo supermercato a pochi passi e vinbudin aperto dalle 14 alle 16 nelle immediate vicinanze

The room was very spacious and had all the conveniences of home. It was hard to find once we got into town. The signage wasn't clear, and we had to ask across the street where it was located.

The apartment boasts a fantastic location with stunning views and overall cleanliness. The bathroom was also well-maintained. However, the only issue I encountered was the challenge of gaining access to the apartment. The digital key code was not provided in the initial email, so I had to call the provided number, which resulted in a delay before obtaining it.

We stayed at welcome Apartments Olafsvik for two nights during our ring road trip in Iceland recently. The place is spacious, simple and basic but sufficient for our needs.

Recommend these apartments.
Great location in centre of town. But the town is small. Great restaurant just under the apartments. Apartments were roomy and had all appliances required. Maid changed towels, teatowels and cloths every day.

Lovely spacious studio apartment, easily enough room for all 3 of us. Clean and has everything needed. It is a little dated and the only thing that lets it down is no lift to get suitcases upstairs. Beware to other visitors that there is only one restaurant in town - but it is an excellent one!

Avoid if possible
- something in the room have myself and my wife food poisoning; either the coffee or the spoons/cups. - the blinds don’t really cover the windows properly so during summer when the sun doesn’t set, lots of light comes in and it’s hard to sleep. - the shower is tiny- almost unusable. - the lady on the phone could’ve been a bit friendlier.

When I booked was told I'd get an email with entry codes. Did not get that email or message from Expedia (as far as I can find anyway). Was not a big deal though, as I was able to call and get the codes.

We had a triple room and it was clean and large. The stay was comfortable except there was a strong toilet smell when we talked in. The check in time was very strict and maybe the owner could email the room number and passcode ahead of time so that check in time can be relaxed. Overall it is a good stay.

We had a great stay and enjoyed this apartment right on the harbor. The only beget I’ve is that our Wi-Fi service went out and night and did not work in the morning before we checked out. Everything else was great.

Saubere, recht grosse Ferienwohnung. Küchenausstattung ausreichend. Gute Lage auf der Snæfellshalbinsel. Einziges wirkliches Manko war der Checkin. Die versprochene email mit den Infos zum Self-Checkin kam niemals an (sollte eigentlich 24h vor Ankunft da sein). Den Code bekamen wir dann per Telefon. Ein Telefon ist am Eingang vorhanden, und die Benutzung kostenfrei. Allerdings brauchte ich drei Anläufe, bis jemand den Anruf beantwortete. Auf Nachfrage bei Holiday Homes hiess es, Expedia habe die email-Adresse nicht korrekt übermittelt, daher wäre die Info-Mail nicht angekommen. Ob das stimmt kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, aber es ist halt unnötiger Stress im Urlaub, wenn man nicht weiss, ob und wie man in die Unterkunft kommt.

Great apartment
A very spacious and well equipped apartment in a nice location. There was plenty of room for four people and the kitchenette was excellent. A really good space to relax and explore the local area from, would happily stay again.

It is very inconvenient to check in. Also, it is quite hard to find the hotel. I don't recommend it for future trips. Also, the cleaning of the room was not finished when I went there and had to wait outside the door for 10 minutes to see them clean the room.

We got to the hotel . No one there , no communication about checking in . Found a number to call in order to check in . Called 20 times , no answer . After one hour a guy showed up, no English . Finally after another 30 min we got our room. Parking was very limited.

The rooms are basic but large and comfy. The check-in procedure was crazy. It says to call a number from the front entrance but that number was constantly busy. We finally got our code through the Expedia app, but the whole process took over an hour and left me wondering if I needed to find another place to stay. Not exactly what you want to spend your time on when jet lagged.

Like a cheap hostel
The property did not give us the digital code to enter before hand and the phone in teh lobby did not work. Only way is to have Iceland cell phone and call them a few times before they pick up. The utensils were not clean. Shower curtains too small.

Slightly stressful
Decent rooms. Only negative is that we never get the access code emails when booking through hotels.com. There is no front desk, and no onsite staff. Also, no one picks up the one phone number provided for the property.

This hotel has all the basics and it was clean. That said, we felt like we were scammed by the management. 30 minutes before check in I received an email that they had trouble processing the payment through Expedia. I called them and they said they couldn’t use another card over the phone, only Expedia could update it. So I contact Expedia, and they wouldn’t update it. After an hour between Expedia and the hotel, the only thing we could do would be to cancel it and rebook, however it would be in the 24 hour window of no cancellation, the hotel said they would wave the fees. They assured me they had plenty of rooms even though the website said they did not have the same type and rate. Once I cancelled, my rooms would come available. However this didn’t happen, and I could only book the larger room at a higher rate. So. This very basic room cost me 300$ more because they wouldn’t allow me to change my payment method. Also we needed to book two rooms because we were a party of 5, it turns out the room that we had had 4 beds and a sofa bed, so we only needed one room- and ended up paying for two ) at a higher rate).
