“Room was clean and had everything i needed. Staff was helpful and friendly. Could have better breakfast options..maybe add bagels, hard-boiled eggs”

Only reason I didn't give it five stars on maintenance is because the refrigerator needed to be defrosted so it wasn't working well... but staff was very concerned and wrote notes to make sure maintenance defrosted it once I left”

I booked a room with a sofa just so we’d be more comfortable watching tv, but we were assigned a room on the first floor that did not have a sofa. Do the price difference from the original room was about $23. No big deal, but Expedia gave us a credit of $25 to use later. I think maybe the young man switched us to the first floor as a courtesy to us since we’re elderly. He prob thought it would be better for us.”

The people were great. The one thing I have to tell everyone if you want a room with a view, do not take room 215!!!!”

“Ice machine broken couldn’t get in that room anyway. Digital lock not working had to get a regular key out of lockbox that was ground level. No fun when 62 and need readers to see combo. Blackout curtains hanging off rack. After I showered tub was full of water then before wife could shower it backed up then all kinds of sediment came out of drain. Disgusting. Breakfast provided was two pieces of dried out bread that was there when we checked in. No staff on site. Road construction right outside...

“I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was not being properly maintained, the paint is pealing off the side of the building. There was furniture stacked all in the ally way. The room was dirty, the furniture was broken, and everything is worn out and neglected. One of the most concerning things was that the door to the room down from ours has been kicked in. “The cabin I stayed in on willow creek drive - waterfalls and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my one night stay and will be booking again. Thanks for having such a nice area to have a peace mind and the hot tub was excellent. So relaxing!”
