“We had a great first stay at the new hotel! Place was stunning and clean. All employees were lovely and polite. The restaurant sessions was delicious but a bit slow.. maybe understaffed? Very slow bringing cutlery, missed somethings even though there was only 3-4 tables full at a time? Unfortunately the tv wasn’t working properly in the room for a stay in girls movie night and wasn’t able to be fixed. “Clean and efficient. Great layout. Hockey parents- you can’t drink/socialize in the halls they strictly enforce this. But the lobby was great and they have no problem with a large group chilling down there until the wee hours. So fun! ”

“Lovely property that sits nestled on the University of Western campus surrounded by trees. Hotel does all the basics right and for the right price. Confusing front desk location is actually down the hill and around the back. The breakfast buffet was a worthwhile option. Service from all staff members was very pleasant. ”

We were welcomed by smiling faces and love the fact we were able to get connecting rooms for part of our group as well as adjoining rooms for the rest of the group.
