We stayed here two years ago it was great this time around it was crowed and breakfast was no as good as last time . Elevator was out service for two days , and it was overall good but not great

This place is very nice stay for my boyfriend and I. We got free shuttle to most of the Walt Disney parks, and if it doesn’t go there directly, you can always take transportation within to get anywhere. They also have free breakfast which is amazing for people that are heading in earlier. The rooms were spacious and has everything we need. There’s also a heated pool which feels great after walking all day. We were also able to walk to Walgreens, target, and restaurants that’s in the same plaza as the hotel.

Was really happy with our stay here. The only complaint was that our room didn’t have a tub and with two young children it was a bit of a headache. However that’s on us for not checking beforehand. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay here.

What we loved: -We loved the proximity to Disney. SO easy to drive to the parks. We have always stayed on Disney properties in the past & loved the transportation but I think we matched or even did better on timing to the parks b/c we were not doing the hurry up & wait for a bus/ferry. -The pool & water slide were awesome. The water was a comfortable temp. We found lounge chairs every time we went (even when taking mid-day park breaks). The hotel provides towels. -The breakfast was a hit every day w/my kids. Mickey waffles gallore. They also had omletts, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled egg bowls, hard boiled eggs, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, and bananas or oranges. -Small Target right across the street! What we wished was different: -I assume the bedding was stanard for a Home2 Suites. I just wish that you could sleep knowing that the coverlet wasn't going to fall off. We ended up needing to have a few extra blankets for the bed next to the AC unit but the hotel was able to accommodate. -Warning to anyone sleeping 4 , the sofa bed was TERRIBLE (it was squeeky with any movement and very uncomfortable)! We will be traveling with an airmattress moving forward. Way too many horrible experiences with sofa beds. -The wall paper in the bathroom has seen better days but overall the room was clean. -You need to request room cleaning everyday! Do that upon check-in.

Only complaint is that they charge you for parking and I spent way too much time looking for a place to park daily. Free Breakfast was great. Slightly annoying how often the attendants closed the slide down as well.

This property was awesome! It was extremely clean and well kept and the staff were wonderful! If you are in town for Disney or one of the other parks and don’t want to stay on their property, this place is perfect. The pool and slide were a huge hit with the kids. There is a restaurant/bar on the property and you are walking distance from target, Starbucks and several restaurants.

The shuttle to Disney World books up very quickly and only comes At a couple times, but the Mickey Mouse waffles are delicious and make up for the cost of a quick Uber ride to and from the park.

I was super impressed with this hotel. We have always stayed on Disney property but with price increases we decided to not on property and so happy we did. These hotel met our expectations and went above and beyond. Plenty of parking, fire pits turned on daily, multiple grills for use, spacious rooms with dishwasher and refrigerator, free breakfast (and you get free mickey waffles). The gym was excellent, pool area was clean always stocked with clean towels, the slide at the pool had a staff at the top to ensure additional safety. The gentleman who checked us in, Jesus great guy very friendly provided us with info regarding shopping and all the hotel info and what it has to offer. There is a shuttle to the parks which has to be booked 24 hours in advance but if you do schedule, it will save $30 because Disney charges 30 dollars a day for guests not staying on property. My boys were extremely impressed and happy with this hotel and i have been raving about to everyone. We will definitely be staying at this hotel from now it was an amazing experience for us.
