Best family vacation
This was perfect! 6 adults 1 child. All the comforts of home in our unit. Nobody complained about anything. Excellent response time with a slow drain. I called he came. Wonderful stay.

I booked at Kissimmee close to universal or Disney but they give me a 40 mins away from the attractions. And Theres non refundable $89 that it DIDNT mention when I booked. I’m not going to booked again in this property

Jennelke, we are sorry about this however all of our properties are just 10-15 min. to the attractions? We do have an $89 non-refundable damage waiver and it is listed on our Orbitz listing. Apologies you did not see this.

The house was very clean, fully equipped with everything we needed to use for cooking and our favorite part was how awesome the temperature of the pool was. Would stay again!

Great house for a family vacation
The house was clean, well kept, and a great layout for our family vacation. If you book and want the pool heated make sure you let them know ahead of time. It cost extra which is understandable. They were able to get the pool heat turned on as soon as I called and the kids had a great time in the pool. I will definitely stay here again.

Tv's in all bedrooms was good. Property needs a deep clean.Inside and out ant issue and roach last night in master tub needs exterminater.Needs some upgrades.We always had plenty of hot water for showers.Foundation issue outside of pool area sidewalk.

The check-in process was extremely easy and smooth. The house was very comfortable and could accommodate our big family comfortably. Whenever I had questions in preparation for our stay, I received quick and helpful assistance. After our vacation was over, homes4uu followed up with a call to make sure everything was well with us. I definitely recommend homes4uu!

Having a house to stay in with two kids was great and made everything easier! And they let us check in early which was a great bonus!

Other than the blinds falling off every so often when you were opening and closing doors and windows everything was fantastic! We need to do a later check out and the staff was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again

Four bedroom with private pool rental
The home overal was in good condition.Yet I needed to reach someone over the weekend , in order to rent a crib. There was no one available to assist me . I had to buy a play pin which was a bit frustrating. The beds were so uncomfortable that all of us woke up with sever bad pain. I had a visit from a family member who lives in Tampa , so I wanted her and her husband to sleep over . There was a safe bed available which was great! So I thought when we pulled the bed out the bottom half of the bed had no frame , causing the lower half of there body to have no support. And they had to sleep on the floor . The pool area was great! The home overall is good and I will return. I just hope these things will no longer be an issue.

Perfect Setup For A Family on Vacation
The house was perfect for a family of 5. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils. The washer/dryer was a huge perk. The bedroom and bathroom layout was great for privacy, and the pool was perfect for resting after doing the daily theme park marathons.

The house looks nothing like shown. The pool Florida room was flirty. We has to buy cleaning products to clean inside the home. The emergency service line person was rude and would not fix things until Monday even though it was Saturday. The bathroom tub water would flood the floor when you turned it on because somebody stuck 4 filters in the faucet. The toliets would not flush and had to plug those multiple times during my stay. I would not recommend this property and we have stayed at better homes.

Not great but spacious
The house was a little outside the 20 minutes from Disney parks that we were told it would be and that was before all the traffic we regularly ran into. It was also not really clean. I contacted them and asked that it be cleaned the next morning and they said it was but it was in the same state as before. I ended up buying Clorox wipes and giving the bathrooms and kitchen a quick cleaning. It definitely needed it, plenty of stray hairs in various places. But the house smelled like they cleaned it, I think they just did it themselves and did a bad job. The kitchen was minimally stocked. There was no dish soap or laundry detergent even though we were expected to wash towels if 5 people used more than one load of towels in a week. Didn’t love the place, but it was spacious and it was tolerable after I cleaned it myself. Oh and at check in we had to drive 20 minutes out of the way to pick up a code that would unlock a lock box at that house. Talk about inconvenient!

This was a rental house, single family home.
house was in good condition and had a nice pool. down side of this house was it was not clean. I think that is the fault of the property management company.

Family Vacay
Although I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews. We had a great experience. The home was very clean, decorated very nicely and close enough to Disney and Legoland. The private pool was awesome and the gated neighborhood was nice. After waiting in line most of the day at the parks it was great to be able to relax in our own private space. We didn't have any issues and look forward to using them again!

Four bedroom vacation home
The house was a little tired and outdated. Very limited kitchen equipment e.g. One large plastic salad bowl cutlery from the dollar store etc. our particular house did not have a barbecue and when we inquired we were told it depends on the house you get however we could rent one?? The outside furniture was not very functional e.g. You had no table to eat outside, one of the two lounge chairs provided was broken. The house was suppose to accommodate up to eight people but there was only six chairs outside. When we went to watch a movie with a dvd we brought we realized the remote had no batteries! In addition we had to run out and buy toilet paper for the bathrooms upon arrival. We also had an influx of small ants in the master bath . We just felt everything was cheap and not very inviting. Would not recommend staying here.

Where do I begin?? Constant dogs barking at neighbours all day long. None of the 3 TV's worked. Locks were not secure.Light bulbs on the front of the house were all burnt out. The whole house and pool needed a face lift. Bedding was ripped. Only one element on the stove worked. All of the games in the game room were broken. The place was dirty. I could go on,but I have said enough. Never again with Homes 4UU.

Nice home in a great area. When we got to the home, dishes and utensils were dirty. Bed covers had a smell to them!! Had to wash all sheets and covers to take smell out!!!! On a good note, washer and dryer were available. Neighborhood nice and calm. I was also unaware that we had to purchase insurance for our stay at this home. Agency called during our stay to ask for deposit for insurance or else we would be locked out if insurance was not paid. Other than the smelly sheets and covers, home was nice and well taken care of.

Relaxin Thanksgiving
This house just made our Thanksgiving even better. The pool was nice even though it was a little chilly outside. It was very spacious and clean. Better than getting a hotel when with a big family.Besides all the fees it was great. Looking to do it again for Christmas.

Le personnel viens quand bon lui semble sans avertir. Propreté pas trop fort pas de papier de toilette pas de coffret de sûretés en bon état et de plus il m'on surcharger 300$ us en disant que j'avais fumer et que j'avAis un animal ce qui est faux. La maison en tant que tel belle grandeur bien diviser pour une grosse famille comme nous.

Nice house location too far from shopping.
I didn't like the fact that we didn't know our house address until we got to Florida and for that reason I wouldn't book again with homes4u. From the airport it to the office it took 30 minutes. And after it was another 30 min to the house. We were there over Christmas and there wasn't any Christmas decorations or tree. We paid for the bbq and it was old and the lid was unstable so we didn't use it.

Hello Mari, We do provide the address & arrival information two weeks prior to arrival. We do apologize if you did not recieve this information? Since the homes are all privately owned, the owners do not provide Christmas trees or decorations. Regarding the BBQ, we would have replaced it if it was not in good order. Family vacation
Bed sheets, towels, house in general needs update. We found burn pots but nice area and close to the parks. Couldn't enjoy the pool because of the weather. Would I stay here again?? Ummm Nooooo!

Me sentia em casa.
Ótima casa para quem vai com família. Ampla, muito bem equipada e próxima a interestadual 4, que da acesso fácil aos parques e compras. Nas proximidades existe mercado, farmácia alguns fastfoods e pizzaria. Com certeza em minha próxima viagem ficarei la.

Vacation home rental
2 week vacation in Orlando. Staying in a house was a great way to be enjoy a flexible schedule.
