The Universal was cute, enough space for 2 of us, and could have definitely fit a third person. I was worried about the bed loft from previous reviews because I’m 6’3” but it still felt spacious. The shower was fine, it got a little cool but only because we rushed taking two, one after another. The only problems we had were the screen door wouldn’t move, one of the blinds on a window facing the lake was broke and wouldn’t go up. The washer/dryer would not work it kept turning off after 10 mins with an error code. Comments about the saftey of the area were probably just classism because it’s a multi ethic area that’s being gentrified, never felt unsafe driving home.

It's a beautiful accommodation indeed. The picturesque lake view and BBQ facilities were delightful, and the friendly caretaker who promptly responded to requests was also great. However, due to the limitations of the trailer, the bedding was slightly damp, and the toilet didn't flush properly. Additionally, at night, we were occasionally awakened by unknown creatures outside rummaging through the trash or making killing sounds, which was unsettling. Apart from that, it was a perfect stay.

This place was unexpected. The pictures don't show you exactly what it's going to be like in this tiny home community. My wife and I loved it. We stayed in the Cottage and it was great! It is very relaxing and I would recommend taking advantage of the kayaking. Why not? Everybody was nice and the whole experience was great. The cottage does have 1 spot in the bathroom where the floor is weird. Not sure whats going on there but that is the only reason I gave the property condition 4 star. I would still stay in the cottage. It has one of the best views and is worth it.

It was a cute, small property. Manager was very responsive and helpful. We were there for only 2 nights, house was clean and plenty of space for 2 adults. Would recommend.

Our stay was absolutely beautiful! We stayed in the Retreat! Me and my boyfriend are on the taller said him being 6 foot and me being 5’8” tiny can be scary, but these tiny homes are perfect! Everything you need included! I also was able to cook the whole stay! Will be staying again!

The Orlando Tiny House Community was a pleasant and relaxing stay for us while we were in Orlando for a couple of days. The Tiny House supplied the main supplies we needed- all toiletries (except your toothbrush/paste), towels, beds made, even coffee and coffee filters, a fridge and microwave and a way to cook if you wanted to do so. We loved our stay. It's a unique property on the lake, and we enjoyed our nightly walks to see the birds. They have a dock, kayaks, a fire piet, and a nice property to enjoy with family and friends. I would definitely recommend this place, and we will be back one day. There are different sized homes for your needs. *Note: The area surrounding this area is being transformed and has a nice new Publix within two minutes drive. The Orlando attractions are about 30 minutes or less away. Trust me, you will enjoy coming home to your tiny house once you're in the hustle and bustle of Orlando activities and theme parks. *My only suggestion is to bring a comfy foldable chair if you stay in The Retreat as the couch is not the most comfortable. HAVE FUN!

This experience was so unique. The tiny homes are all different, with their own personality. My favorite parts were definitely being able to look out and see the lake, as well as being able to do laundry. I do want to give a shout out to the owner or property manager - he was very kind, communicative, and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

It was a very unique experience. Unfortunately the description on Expedia didn’t match the place we stayed at, but it was still good enough for us two. I appreciate it. They had a designated parking spot for us. The communication, whether be by text or on the phone wasvery good. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the morning for either one of us.

Very nice and quiet home with a lake and kayaks. It had cookware which we appreciated since we wanted to cook versus eating out. Will definitely be booking again.

It was great, love the tiny home and view of the lake was amazing. Only thing is the shower is extremely small. He’s 6’5 and that didn’t go to well. But other than that it was a good stay.

BLACK MOLD BEWARE!! Don’t stay here. There was black mold everywhere from the bathroom to inside the AC unit. It made us so sick we had to leave the property and go find a hotel. We tried to inform the manager but they refused to rectify the matter. So we will be reporting this matter to the public health and safety department. I hope that this property will make the unit we stayed in safe again.

After speaking with the customer he apologized for overreacting. There was just a little bit of mold in the corner(It is Florida) we took care of it right away. He has been trying to take down this review but hasn't had any luck yet.

Was a perfect stay for my family of 4 - traveled with small children. Only 20-30mins away from the attractions and Disney Parks. House was equipped with all that we needed! Property manager/ assistance was just a text away.

Love the tiny home setting, love the waterfront location. The Ritz was certainly a great place to stay with all needed amenities and hands down better than a hotel room which costs much more. Attentive manager on site. Very easy to get downtown, felt safe in this community. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Beautiful Getaway Destination!
Stayed at this lovely complex for a night. Very clean and organized. The entire community is very friendly. The views were breathtaking and the usage of of such a confined space to bring out a comfy living space is commendable. The units have lots of natural light as well which was very enjoyable. Highly recommended.

A tiny house experience that was very interesting. The development was also home to permanent residents as well. On a lakefront and not your typical hotel stay. It was great for my 7 yr old that was scheduled for surgery at a near by hospital the following day. He had fun climbing the ladder up to his bed and it relieved some of his anxiety. Good choice for me.
