There is water on the floor next to the bed, the wall is wet, the towel has yellow stains on it. Luckily the staff is very good to sent us to other room.

There was a roach that was traveling on the floor from the bed to the mini-fridge where I had put my sub sandwich and soda. The mini-fridge was dirty. The shower head was hanging on the the base by a rubber band. The shower was dirty. The police came knocking on the door that was 213 and I was in 219. The police kept driving around the parking lot. It was a nightmare!

Excellent location. However, the place is run down, water stains everywhere, dead cockroaches on the floor, all the furnishings old and rusty, electrical outlets in urgent state of repair/replace. Our rooms were dirty, noisy, could hear trucks go by all through the night. Not recommended.

Room was in very poor condition. Paint peeling off the ceiling, doors, walls, and even the bathtub. Bathroom caulk was mildewed. Rust on light fixtures and airconditioner. Cigarette burn hole in the bedding. And the worst part was an unidentifiable odor.

My stay wasnt horrible but it also wasnt good enough to talk about other than being so close to the attractions…bathrooms were in terrible shape…we stayed for a week and housekeeping never showed up to our door to check on us (This was my main problem) . AC kept timing out. I guess its good enough for the price we paid but I wouldnt recommend it to anyone I know. Honestly we only booked this place because it was the only thing available on the I-Drive strip that wasnt too pricey. That place needs some serious renovation/upgrades, not to mention the awful smell of wet dog in the hallways..i guess which is to be expected with a “pet-friendly” hotel…nonetheless I probably wont be booking there again. Thanks for the stay though, I hope the renovations come very soon!

The room was disgusting the girl at front seat major attitude, the tub itself was disgusting. The room did not feel sanitized nor clean. Never again. The pictures aren’t the same as in person.

I never stayed due to them canceling my reservation without giving me any notice. I called twice to inform them of my late arrival. Could never get a manager or shift supervisor. On my third call to inform them that I was 20 min away, they told me that my entire 1 week reservation had been canceled. WTH!!! I don't mind paying a late fee or a late checkin dee but to cancel my families entire reservation without notice is total DISRESPECTFUL and Not Professional!!!

There's nothing to like about this property. When checking out i was told that they needed to inspect the room before they could refund my security deposit and that i would have to wait a half hour before they would get around to it. I had a plane to catch so i didn't have a half hour to wait around for them to go do a inspection of the room so they refused to return my deposit. So i would definitely tell anyone looking to stsy at this property to seer clear and stay somewhere else.
