NICE STAY IN OSLO
Nice hotel in a very strategic locaton close to the centre. Nice room and bathroom. A real and bigger wardrobe would be more appreciated. The only "issue" is that there were no amenities like cotton buds and/or body lotion etc. inside the room. In a 4-star hotel they would be great to have. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choices of quality food for both salty and sweet taste. Good and quite well equipped gym even if it is underground with no windows - maybe a bit claustrophobic but ok :)

Struttura molto comoda, vicino alla stazione centrale, inoltre tutti i mezzi di trasporto si fermano davanti l'hotel..hotel molto elegante.

Hotel nuovo in posizione strategica, di fronte alla stazione e a un quarto d’ora a piedi dal porto. Zona abbastanza tranquilla ma con supermercati, negozi e fermate bus/tram. Camera spaziosa e insonorizzata alla perfezione, bagno alla francese quindi con doccia e WC separati. Buona la colazione salata, scarsa quella dolce. Personale gentile e disponile

Colazione super, mai visto qualcosa del genere! Merenda e light dinner incluse, magari non eccezionali ma con i prezzi che ci sono in giro tanto di risparmiato. Camere un po’ kitsch ma spaziose e abbastanza silenziose. Personale gradevole e disponibile, the e caffè sempre disponibili (certo non è espresso ma all’estero è difficile trovarlo). Posizione ottima centrale per visitare la città, sicuramente consigliabile.

Struttura vicina a tutte le attrazioni storico-artistiche e vie dello shopping. Colazione dolce e salata ottima. Cene molto buone. Unico neo: siamo capitati ad Oslo con temperature intorno ai 30 gradi per 5 giorni, la nostra camera era molto calda, ci hanno fornito un ventilatore, la situazione é migliorata ma non di tanto.

Hello dear, Thank you for your feedback! I am very sorry that the room was too hot! Given the fact that we are in Norway, there are very few hotel rooms that are equipped with AC throughout the whole country. However, it must be possible to regulate the room temperature between 18 and 22 C in our rooms, which obviously didn’t work appropriately due to the unusual hot weather and the capability of the cooling system. The Jolly of this place is the breakfast and the opportunity to eat something the entire day. You have the opportunity to eat cake and tea from 3 to 6pm and to eat a light dinner from 6 to 9pm, amazing way to save money. The room was nice and spacious even if I didn't like the dark colors. In any case I truly recommend this place

フロントスタッフの方の対応が素晴らしかった。困難な要求にもきめ細かく対応してくれた。他のスタッフの方もフレンドリーで気持ちよいおもてなしをしてくれた。朝食会場も広々として種類が多くどれも美味しかった。そして、物価の高いオスロにおいて、夕食付きは助かった。朝食会場とは別会場であるが、メニューは日替わりで美味しく軽食と言えないほど十分満足した。部屋は少し古いが清掃はちゃんとされており、道路沿いの部屋であったが静かであった。フィーカのサービスもあった。バスタブがなかった点とフロントに要求しないとタオルの交換がされない点がマイナスであったが、次回オスロを訪問する際には必ず宿泊したいホテルであった。

The hotel is an easy walk from the train station where you arrive from the airport. Breakfast was generous. Evening meals varied in quality, but were very convenient, especially, the first night when you arrive jet lagged and exhausted. Serving staff for the dinners were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was generous in size with a sitting room and balcony.

Tea and cake at 3, easy supper - salads (very good), also soup, pasta and meatballs. Room needed less lights on at night though I liked the sheep on the wall!

The room was quite small but clean, warm and functional. The bath was great! There is no kettle in the room but a free coffee machine in reception whenever you want it. The breakfast was amazing - everything and more you could want. Fika at 3pm is a piece of cake and access to the coffee machine in the lounge and the evening meal was plentiful - always a soup starter, choice of main and 3 different salads and bread. It really saves a lot of money being half board in a capital city. Staff were friendly, our only issue was that on one day we wanted to order a packed lunch which is advertised at breakfast but 2 members of reception staff said they didn't know anything about it/ it was not possible. We just went and got food for our trip at the 7/11 shop on the corner so not really a big problem. Overall a 5 * stay.

Likte godt at de hadde 2 ekstra gratis mattilbud,med godt mat og satte også pris på det relativt store rommet med god seng , stue , uteplass, badekar o med gode produkter fra Rituals. Også meget hyggelig betjening.

Pleasant stay
Well located comfortable loved the circular lobby and free coffees/teas. Sumptuous breakfasts and light evening meals included were delicious. Cleaning on request. If I had one caveat room lighting could be brighter. I would stay again.

Flott hotell med topp service!
Vi hadde egentlig bestilt på The Hub men der var det overbooket slik at vi ble nedgradert, noe som var fullstendig uaktuelt for oss. Da måtte vi i all hast finne et nytt hotell og valget falt på Clarion Folketeateret. Det var en veldig positiv opplevelse. Fint og behagelig rom, servicen var helt topp, og frokosten var fantastisk! Dette hotellet kommer vi til å bruke neste gang vi skal til Oslo også:)

Ganske bra
Litt kjølig på rommet og gulvkaldt selv om jeg bodde i fjerde etasje. Men ellers veldig fint rom, service og mat (spiste bare frokost) Og et stort pluss at de hadde Rituals både til håndvask og i dusjen
Kult med lys under senga, stor plass til å være singel rom
Stilig bad
Stort pluss med Rituals såpe både til håndvask og i dusjen
Veldig god frokost og smoothie'er
