I have stayed here a few times before. I love this hotel and the location to the Square. However, this time the property seemed in need of some basic cleaning and painting maintenance.

We loved the location. It's very "walkable!" There are numerous restaurants close by. If you want to "stay in" for breakfast there is a small coffee shop in the lobby area...though you pay for the convenience.

The Graduate is situated just off the square in Oxford, so in terms of location, it is well- situated. However, the rooms are small, the coffee in room is instant( disgusting), and there is no service other than the absolute minimum demanded. I had no housekeeping until I complained at the front desk, and the service received afterwards was mediocre at best ( some toiletries were never replaced). When I asked for a luggage cart upon departure, the clerk merely pointed to a collection of carts and told me to “ take one of those.” There was not even an offer of assistance. Not fit to be a part of the Marriott Bonvoy group, in my opinion.

Did not offer upgrade to me. Disappointing as I mentioned it during a message exchange with staff the night before. If they are a VIP hotel they should honor that.

Very nice. Stayed there twice and both times were great. This time, however, our utility company was doing work in the parking lot, which made a whole row of parking inaccessible. as a result, finding a parking space was difficult for this trip. Still, this was obviously a temporary inconvenience. We did not have the same problem the first time we stayed there.

Loved the location of this hotel. Within walking distance of the Oxford Square. Close to lots of dining and shopping. The Coop (bar/ restaurant) upstairs had great service and a view of Ole Miss and the Square. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel is in a perfect location if you are there to experience Ole Miss. Pros: Close to restaurants and nightlife Roof top bar Free parking although it can be tough to find a spot at night. Beds are comfortable Cons Very busy hotel so room is getting worn Called twice to get shampoo and conditioner and they never came Black mold in the shower

Room was mildew smelling, toilet and sink wouldn’t flush and drain respectively, they don’t require any parking papers in the dash like the other graduate hotels, so on Saturday night everyone parks there for free to walk around the square and there are no spots left for the hotel guests. I reported all of this to them and they just said… oh wow. Thanks

Love this hotel. The staff is always very knowledgeable and accommodating. The problem we had with this particular stay is our room was not ready at 4 (check in time), and there was an extremely long line after 4, with only one poor guy checking in- what seemed to be a line of about 10-15 guests. It went very slowly.

Property cleanliness and overall condition has deteriorated sharply in last two years. The hotel needs investment and upgrades to facilities especially the sleeping rooms.

The Graduate is top notch from the moment you in. The decor is fun and the staff are eager to assure you enjoy your time with them. Premium location for walking the square shopping and numerous options for delicious food and treats!
