“The problem with this hotel is the lack of staff understanding English. Both at the reception and at the restaurant there is no one understanding English/French/German/Italian. At least a minimum of English would be essential. We had to use Google translator even for placing an order of fresh fruits at the restaurant. Internet does not work in the room (we were at the 10th floor but I heard other guests complaining it was not working at other floors as well). Limited service only in the lobby....

“Établissement très bien situé, au cœur de la ville. C'est un endroit avec une âme liée au passé colonial. En effet j'ai dormi au rez de chaussée de la maison d'origine dans une cour intérieure, là même ou l'ancien maire de la ville a vécu. En quittant la maison il l'a vendu très peu cher a des gens qu'il connaissait. Par la suite, longtemps après une annexe en forme de U inversé a été rajouté. C'est maintenant un hôtel. J'ai pu faire connaissance avec la propriétaire qui parle très bien...
