“The staff are absolutely wonderful. The hotel is dated. It had its hey day in the 70s and everything is still from that era. The mattress is lumpy and old. The shower is tiny and it’s impossible not to get your hair wet with the rain shower that was obviously installed afterwards and does not belong in the tiny shower stall. Our experience with the host was a bit strange - we waited at reception for an hour to check in on the first night and a cleaner unaffiliated with the property let us in. I contacted the host about a lack of amenities at the property (no coffee pods, extra toilet paper, dishwashing liquid) and never received a response.
