Watch the meteor showers in this unpolluted mountain escape, less than an hour away from busy LA. Vacation, without the long drive. Just to mention the highlights: your own 6 seater dedicated movie theater - just hook up your netflix account; pool, spa, outdoor bbq and dedicated bar area with darts. Beautiful property!!!
Hasmik’s property is so well maintained and his communication with guests is amazing! We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the house has plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably!

So much promise
Overall I would say that we were underwhelmed with the maintenance of the property. We were able to setup our party the way we wanted, but the overall ambience definitely took away from it being what we envisioned. The bedrooms were clean as well as the bathrooms, but outside of that I would say the house was not clean. It's worn-out and really needs a total renovation. The furniture is dated and worn (at least the main areas), the decor is awful, and the backyard is in disarray. If one had to guess, it would be considered a party house at the very least. There are some bright spots, but I would not recommend this property if you are looking for something more modern and organized. Overall I would give it a 5 out 10.

Wedding staycation
My (now) husband and I were in a bind and needed a venue for our wedding in less than three weeks and this home was PERFECT. We were able to use the backyard grass area to hold our small ceremony of our close family and friends; the mountains setting the perfect background. There was something for all age groups while waiting to start, the baby had toys, kids had outside swings, and the teens had a foosball table to play with. We decided to stay the weekend and enjoyed the view, pool, patio, theater and gorgeous home. Working with the owner was a breeze and found him open, flexible, and easy to communicate with. The location was perfect and felt quiet and secluded enough to celebrate with our friends without feeling like we were being disruptive. We definitely are figuring out when we can stay here again.

Family Fun!
A wonderful home for our family’s Easter celebration! The pool, the spa, the games and toys available were all used! The soaking tub in the master was a perfectly relaxing spot! We are excited to rent this home again when we travel from WA for family events!!

Amazing
This house is simply amazing. Owner had clear communication and instructions for our entire process. The house entertained our Christmas party followed by a birthday party. Too much fun, from playgrounds, movie theater, hot tub, has a beautiful swimming pool with a slide but weather was a little cold to try and heat that up, even though we didn’t need it. I cannot express how perfect this house was for our vacation. I hope to return asap. Thank you 🙏 for everything, even setting up a Christmas tree. Best vacation I’ve ever had and I’m certain many others will agree after staying here.

An incredible getaway for groups!
We had an amazing time during our stay. The pool, grill, and theatre occupied most of our time and we wish we had more time to enjoy the rest of the property. The location is nested in nice quiet neighborhood and is very private. The home is furnished beautifully with a lot of amenities. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a beautiful getaway with friends or family.

Great Family/Friends vacation spot, especially if you have kids
In a secluded cul-de-sac, you'll have everything you need for entertain yourself with family and friends. Front yard has hoops and a swing, backyard is setup with everything, pool with a slide and deep end, jacuzzi, darts, playground, grill. Inside the house has plenty of space, with a 4-5 person bunk setup for kids downstairs, and 3 bedrooms up stairs (super huge and nice master bedroom). Also the theatre room was amazing! Super added bonus, you can have a battle royal with nerf guns, ultimate place if you have kids. Heating the pool was a bit tricky, so that took longer than anticipated, but other than that, it was fantastic!

Beautiful
It was one of the best places I stayed and enjoyed best view I think felt like the king of the mountain. Kids had fun big yard for them to enjoy pool was awesome I recommend for anyone with big family to come stay. I know I will be back soon..
