Incredible Wedding Location!
Everything about our stay in this well appointed condo was perfection! We are locals in our 50's and frequent the beach often so it was only natural that we have a beach wedding and what better place to do it than here! Everything was fresh, clean and well stocked. We are already looking forward to our next beach getaway here!

Amazing stay
My husband, mom, two small kids and myself stayed in this condo for Spring Break. It was beautiful. Easy access to all the amenties, clean, spacious, unparalleled views, just perfect for our getaway! The host was responsive and kind, our best visit to PCB so far!

Spectacular Views
Our stay was perfect we could not have asked for more. The layout of the condo was very comfortable and the view was amazing. The balcony was large that’s a plus. The owner was very attentive to any questions we had. There was a bad storm one night and they checked in on how we were doing. Which was so nice of them. The condo has everything you would want for a beach stay. I recommend this rental to everyone and I hope we get a chance to stay there again in the future.

Repeat Rental

Perfect Family Unit
We had 6 adults and one 17 month old. Loved the balcony the most! Listening to the ocean and enjoying sunrise and sunset views were amazing. Very large bedrooms with comfortable beds, large open kitchen, dining and living room. I loved the fact the unit had a washer and dryer. Would highly recommend the unit to those who want to be comfortable and have privacy from the ground staying in unit.

The view from the unit was great and the unit was very spacious. The unit had a very strong smell of urine when you walked in. I was surprised nobody else commented on the smell. The toilet was broken in the secondary bathroom, but the owner was prompt in correcting the issue and maintenance replaced the toilet. The beaches were closed the entire week due to RIP current, which was unfortunate as my children did not want to go to the beach if they could not get in the water.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the weather and currents affected your vacation. I know that is disappointing. We could not detect any bad smell after you left but we cleaned the rugs and couches just in case it was caused by a pet! Five star cleanliness is always our goal!

Great week!
Pelican Walk was a very clean resort. Pool area and parking area were well-kept and clean. Condo was clean with amazing views! We stayed in 808 which had comfortable beds and spacious rooms. We hope to return in the future. Thank You!

Perfect get away with family!
This was our second time to stay in this condo. This time we had 6 adults. Me, my husband, MIL, and 3 young adult kids, and Biscuit, my daughters dog. The layout of the condo was perfect for us. We had plenty of room. My favorite part again was the view from the balcony! I could have lived out there and can’t wait to come back!!

Perfect spot, perfect condo, perfect host!
This is a beautiful Condo, in the most perfect location on the beach. Incredible sunset views for miles. The beach and property is quiet and well maintained. Linda is a pleasure to deal with. Wonderful Place for Family Getaway
The condo is beautiful and the perfect space for my husband and I, our 2 Kiddos, 2 Grandparents, and our dog. The beach is gorgeous! The pool was heated, and there is a hot tub. The location was quieter than other stretches of beach (which we loved!) The people at the condo were all very nice.

You cannot beat this property for view of the ocean and location. It is away from the hubbub and quieter. Very well maintained and host is extremely prompt with correspondence. Stayed for a month & can't wait to go back!

Beautiful condo, great hosts
We spent the month of January at this condo and it is beautiful with a fantastic view of the gulf from the large balcony. Linda was very responsive to our needs and the condo is well stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, etc. In addition, it is conveniently located to many restuarants, shops, grocery stores, and anything that you might need. The condo was very quiet and not much noise from the neighboring condos. I highly recommend this condo!

Loved it!
This was the perfect spot for our family. We had 3 adults and 3 kids. Close access to the beach, pools were never crowded and not far from some great restaurants. Having Waffle House right across the road came in very handy for breakfast! I would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous condo and amazing views
Gorgeous condo and amazing views from the balcony. Condo is cute, kitchen is well equipped and location is perfect. We enjoyed our week stay with our 2 college kids and fur baby. We spent the majority of the trip on the balcony. Would recommend staying here- we are already planning our next trip.

Beautiful condo.
My whole family had the best time. The condo and views were beautiful! The bedrooms gave us our own space, never felt crammed. Had all kitchen needs. Bathrooms stocked well with towels! Glad there were two pools, one pool started to get worked on during our trip. Short walk to beach, not too crowded even on Memorial Day weekend! We would love to stay again!

Family Spring Break
Wow! What an amazing condo Linda has. Beautiful and spacious. We had 7 people. 4 adults and 3 children. Never felt cramped. Plenty of room. The unit has been updated and kept up very nicely. On the 8th floor with a HUGE balcony. The sunsets were outstanding. Linda has the kitchen and bathrooms stocked with plenty of the basics like Dishes and towels. The beds all seem new and were pretty comfortable. Slept great the whole week. Pools are heated and nice. The beautiful white sand beach is just steps away. The area is pretty quiet. Far from the crazy college spring break area. Perfect for families. Linda herself was great. Always would respond within minutes if I had a question. Highly recommend booking this condo and definitely would again myself.

Excellent Rental
We were so happy with this rental. The host is kind and available and truly cared that we had a good stay. The unit is clean and well decorated and has plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. The view is unbelievable and we enjoyed just sitting on the balcony with coffee or drinks and observing the beach and sunset each day. The beach is beautiful and well maintained with many activities available. This was our best experience with renting and we will definitely be back. Thank you Linda.

Stunning Condo!
We absolutely loved our stay at Linda's condo. It was huge, newly updated, had great views of the ocean and was immaculately clean. I've been coming to panama city since a child and this is the nicest, most spacious condo I have stayed in. Linda was also very responsive and replied immediately when I had any questions. I would highly recommend this place!

Favorite pelican walk
This was the second time I have stayed in this unit and it is by far my favorite unit at Pelican Walk. I have stayed in 3 other units at this complex and it is the nicest and most up to date. I especially love the kitchen and the large walk in shower in the master suite. In fact after my first stay there a couple years ago I had my own bathroom renovated and built a similar shower in my house. I will certainly be staying there again in the future. Also, it is pet friendly which is a prerequisite for our trips.

Incredible sunsets!
The condo was well furnished, clean and classy, cozy and welcoming. The beach view was beautiful. My whole family enjoyed our stay. Daily walks on the beach on sunny days was a relaxing, healing Godsend to each of us. So happy and blessed to have found this home available! Thank you!!!

Location was nice Cleanliness of condo was poor Our last day there we had no water, some type maintenance issue, but was a inconvenience, and we called about it, never got answer on how long and why. Beds were uncomfortable

I am sorry that you were inconvenienced by the water being turned off. There was a break in the main water line of the complex and it took them until noon to repair it. Our housekeeper spends 4 hours cleaning between guests because she cares about your experience. We have had only 5 star reviews for 9 years so your comments were surprising and disappointing to both of us.

My family surprised me with a week at beach for my 65th birthday! Best place ever!
Wow, very clean, and comfortable! Best view and accommodations... perfect time of the year, beaches were not crowded. Also, we had chairs, umbrella for beach, but I enjoyed the balcony view, bed, shower, and cooking accommodations more than my spouse and daughter. I prepared all meals and cooked seafood. We only had one day of rain and cold. The rest of 6 days in the 70's. I could stay here a whole month next year? Our pet settled in perfectly and loved the pet area. We will definitely come again...the owner was very accommodating too! The maid service was nice too...all I had to do was take care of items I would do at home. I stripped beds and put in the wash...really could have used a broom to keep sand off of them... All in all, one of the best VRBO' stayed in with an ocean view. Thank you for the use of your lovely beach home. The Waddell's, Mark, Maddie and Debra. Oh and Chester...our family pet member!

Most amazing view we have ever had!!
This property is amazing!! It is on the quieter side of pcb and the views of the beach from this unit are breathtaking. Our family takes a beach vacation every year. This was the first time we have stayed here and we will continue to stay here from now on!! It is especially great if you have a fur baby like we do. I can’t stress the beautiful panoramic views from every room. It was the best vacation hands down!!!
