Location is easily accessible to major landmarks with wide selection of restaurant choices. The room is cozy and warm just the street view is missing.

Super séjour au 1er Étage Marais! Petite chambre sympathique avec une décoration soignée et une literie confortable. Petit déjeuner copieux servi à tous les matins dans le hall. Je recommande fortement pour un séjour à Paris. Emplacement super bien situé, à distance de marche de l’Ile de la Cité, du Louvre, etc.

Excellent location in Les Marais
Excellent location with everything nearby. More of an apartment than a hotel. Room was very comfortable. The only issue is the stairs were small and rooms are on the second floor which is typically called first floor. (typical of big cities in Europe so be prepared). Breakfast was excellent. Overall excellent!

Good experience, great management, old building
Clean room, excellent communication to make for a smooth check in experience. Top notch location convenient to restaurants and the metro. Breakfast was very good (almost too much food). Room itself was well cared for but the building is old and it does show its age a bit. Lastly, there was a strange sewage odor that kept appearing and then disappearing just outside our room as well as inside. We slept with the window cracked to manage it.

If I was a frequent traveler to Paris, I’d keep this little jewel to myself. Excellent location but also very quiet, which is hard to find in Paris. The experience is more B&B than hotel with the lovely breakfast service. Shops and restaurants everywhere. Our room was so cute and spacious. Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity to return!

Sa situation en fait un hôtel idéal pour visiter le quartier du marais. Propre, joliment décoré, l’utilisation de la cuisine est un plus. Je recommande.

Allez-y les yeux fermés !
Situation idéale dans le quartier commerçant du Marais. BHV à une minute à pied, des dizaines de bars et de restos aux alentours. Décoration soignée et propreté impeccable. Le petit déjeuner est complet et excellent. De petites attentions dans la chambre (masques, cahier de notes) viennent parfaire le service. Le mode d'accès est très bien expliqué. Définitivement notre pied à terre lorsque nous aurons besoin de dormir sur Paris.

Solo reserven nunca cancelen por anticipado falta de seriedad y honestidad por el problema de salud mundial no pude llegar solicite devolucion por lo menos del 70% y nunca me reversaron, ni suiera contestaron. Lo mas importante en un hotel es el turista pero aqui no estan interesado en el cliente sino solo lo q pueden economicamente sacarle al cliente.

It is very sad to have to deal with such rude person in the middle of a very difficult time for all of us, dedicated to host guests from all around the world. Last minute booking from Spain, you would expect that you are aware of the situation.... then next day a one line email requesting to cancel for free, for which we explained it was not possible, followed by a threat to post a bad review, then no more communication at all, then another 1 line mail on the day of arrival to confirm that you will come , and eventually no show .... what a shame to take revenge by posting a bad review after such poor behavior. We do our best to accomodate clients, to answer politely to any request, and help when possible, but we are not prepared to accept request under such rude communication, especially under the threat of bad reviews... Sorry, but good behaviour must be two way.

The rooms were clean/nice and service was great (cleaning lady and breakfast) but not having anyone to talk to when you arrive and when you leave was little odd to me. I liked the place but I don’t think that i will try this concept again. Thank you though.

We do have a reception staffed every day from 7 am until 2 pm, with dedicated reception staff from 9 until 11am. It is only in the afternoon and evening that noone is there, so our aim is to be abel to help and assist physically in the morning, whilst also give you a feeling of being 'at home away from home' ... and with our App you can reach us 24/24 anyway ! We hope will try again and meet our reception staff Kind Regards

Why?
Hotels.com should look at this facility as a bed and breakfast. It has five rooms up a 21 step circular stairway. The next door busy hair salon was not aware that there was a Hotel next door. The breakfast was good and the door codes challenging.

Dear Anonymous guest. We are not sure why you did not like your stay, or did not put a higher mark ... it might be the '5 rooms', or the staircase, or the fact we are indeed running a hybrid accomodation type, a mix between boutique hotel , airbnb and B&B. Although it is fairly well described on the Hotels.com page.This special cosy atmosphere making you feeling 'home away from home ' is what our clients actually like about our us. The 'hair salon', is actually not a hair salon, but a shop selling many cosmetic items, and they opened a week ago, so not really aware yet of the life surrounding them... does it really matter ? there are only 2 codes to remember, and we send a very detailed email with pictures to explain how to use them.

Familjärt boende och fantastisk service
Fantastiskt läge, boende och personlig service av personalen. Ypperlig information via mail och via hotellets egen app. Rekommenderar verkligen detta boende om man vill ha något personligt och ingen vanlig hotellvistelse.

Adorable Apartment Style Feel
This hotel was adorable and perfect! We loved the apartment style feel of this hotel and appreciated the delicious breakfast served to us each morning and the free water we were able to take when needed. The bed was very comfortable for my tall husband and me and the bathroom was very spacious too. Rooms were modern and welcoming and there was even a welcome gift waiting for us in the room when we arrived! The neighborhood was so cute, and the large windows are beautiful but keep out the noise from the streets below which was very appreciated. We were very grateful that there was air conditioning, and loved everything about this hotel! Hotel staff was detailed with their emails on how to enter the building. Just be careful on the spiral staircase up!
