You will feel at home in this charming 33 square meter apartment located in the 19th arrondissement of Paris. It is ideally located 2 steps from the PARC DE LA VILLETTE where you can enjoy the Vill'Up shopping centre or go to the Cité de la Musique and the Géode. This park also houses concert halls such as the Zénith de Paris or the Trabendo. You can also take a walk in the BUTTES CHAUMONT park and on the quays of the Ourcq canal.

The accommodation is fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist or professional stay in Paris. It will be very appreciated for its proximity to the favorite places of the locals. Do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses ;) The apartment is located on the 3rd floor without elevator and has 1 double bed. The bathroom is brand new!
It is generally very appreciated by travelers for its brightness, its design and its calm.

The accommodation has the following facilities:
Television, Oven, Iron, Hair dryer, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker. The piano is not available to travelers (except professional musicians).
