Dear Sir, I am very sorry to read the comments regarding your stay with us. I understand you were upset because the reception desk asked for a credit card print upon arrival. This is our internal policy and it is very common in hotels around the world. At your check in you filled a form and our GDPR were clearly mentioned. Of course your data is completely safe and will be destroyed within a month after your departure. Regarding your other comments, I am sorry to read as well that you didn't appreciate the room, bathroom or the separated toilette. We are trying our best to satisfy our customers but clearly we still have to improve. All my best
