Hotel nuovo in posizione eccellente per visitare tutta la città a piedi. Camera stupenda, così come l’intera struttura. Il personale è di una gentilezza estrema. Torneremo sicuramente!

Excellent property! The person who checked us in was exceptional, and she accommodated us in every way possible. The hotel is beautiful and all of the staff, including the restaurant and room service are amazing. When in Paris, I will definitely go back.

I was given a room on the first floor you take 2 separate lifts to reach 1st floor. The only lift that takes you to the first floor was broken having to take the stairs with lots of belongings. Our room counter tops were not wiped down sticky glass rim prints all over the counters. Room floors need to be cleaned better my socks picked up an overwhelming amount t of dog hair and human hair. For a pricey hotel basic cleanliness should be thorough.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We loved how comfortable our bed was!! The room was clean and the bedding was super clean with sheets changed daily. Every time we entered the room after a long day, it smelled fresh. They left some goodies on the coffee table in our room daily which was nice. The only thing I wish was different was the breakfast. I wish there were better variety of food that is more French or European than American. Also at night the restaurant has some happy hour going on with loud music but as a family we don’t go there anyways so it doesn’t bother us and we can’t hear on our floor. It’s probably good revenue for the hotel with locals who come! We didn’t use the spa but took a tour of it on our first day and it looked amazing! The location of this hotel was just the most perfect. It is close to Place Vendome area and the Galleries Lafayette.

The staff at Kimpton St Honoré were amazing from the check-in through every interaction! We were there to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and they gave us champagne and treats to celebrate. The bathroom with the rain shower was so high end and the slippers and bathrobes were plush and comfy! The food from the restaurant for room service was top notch and the hotel was in a perfect area to get around by walking by car or by foot! Definitely would return to Kimpton St Honore if we can make it to Paris for another fantastic trip sometime in the future!

Un hôtel qui ne respecte pas les lois
La procédure de check in a été désastreuse. Cet hôtel outrepasse la loi. Ils nous ont refusé l'accès à notre chambre sous prétexte que je n'avais pas de document d'identité physique à présenter. Documents dont ils font des copies alors que cela est strictement interdit pour les personnes de nationalité Française. Bien que j'ai prouvé ma nationalité, il refusait de faire le check-in. Il a fallu plus d'une heure de discussions, d'appels à leur direction générale pour que finalement ils admettent leur erreur et s'excuse platement pour le désagrément. Séjournant régulièrement à l'hôtel sur Paris, c'est la 1ere fois que nous sommes exposés à tant de virulence, qui plus est dans un 5 étoiles. Bref, une soirée gâchée par une attitude désastreuse, par des gens qui se croient au dessus des lois. Sinon l'hôtel est sympa mais j'avoue que l'expérience reste très négativement ancrée dans mon esprit

Loud music
The window of the room faced the courtyard and there was loud music all night long. The music seemed to end at 1 a.m. This was not nice. Otherwise, a nice hotel where I have been many times.

The hotel’s location was the highlight for us, it was in a nice neighborhood and everything was close to it. The majority of the staff were nice.

The staff gave us a disabled room where none of us had disabilities. The concierge also did not say anything when we checked in regarding that it is a disabled room. When we requested to changed rooms, the staff refused to change it for us. However, in the end, we reached to a conclusion with the front desk to give us full refund if we checked out the day off. The front desk told us they cannot issue the refund since we booked through expedia. Mind, this is almost midnight, and two girls had to drag huge suitcases across Paris to find another hotel. Later when I called expedia, they informed me that the hotel is refusing to issue us the refund.

Plesant but with details to improve
overall been a pleasant experience as generally the staff were very friendly. a pity though when i noticed there were no one to assist on luggages while i saw 5 staff hogging around the reception area upon my arrival, trolling in myself the luggages. something uncalled for especially from a hotel that aclaimed 5 star.

Great hotel . Excellent location. Very beautiful building and staff was very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast buffet. Nice relaxing bar. Rooftop bar had beautiful views. Only problem was the drink minimum cost. I would of had to drink 3 cocktails !!

A really nice hotel in a good location and with friendly service. The only problem with this hotel is the water pressure, it takes a long time to take a shower when the water pressure is terrible. I don't know if this is a problem with this hotel or a problem in Paris in general.

Lovely hotel
Really nice hotel in a good location and really friendly staff. I have stayed at the hotel many times. The only problem seems to be the water pressure every time. I don't know if it's the same problem everywhere in Paris.

Great location and the staff was so helpful in giving directions and getting us whatever we needed. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the rooftop bar has the best 360 degree view of Paris. I would definitely stay here again. Unbelievably perfect in every way.

This is truly a 5 star hotel. Our suite was always cleaned. We had everything in our room. The staff was outstanding. From the front desk, concierge, all of the staff at the restaurant, bell persons, etc. They were outstanding in their service.

This was the best hotel in Paris I have stayed! The hotel is beautiful decorated, the location was perfect, the breakfast was delicious, but the staff was the highlight!! They were so helpful always, we had a unfortunate situation with a rental car company and they were amazing!! I will return to this hotel every time I come to Paris!

I received multiple bites on my arms that were out on top of the covers at night presenting as bed bugs. I wore long sleeves out during the day so it was not something else. The hotel was not concerned about my bites when I told them they possibly have bed bugs.
