“Nice clean place ”

“Roaches in the room. If you do go ask for the first floor only everything else smells like mildew and cigarettes ”

“I’ve had exemplary experiences with Marcia, Lupe, William, Kya and Erica. If there’s a need or a problem it is rectified efficiently and expeditiously!! I would definitely recommend the stay on the outside of Spring Break weeks. 👍 As well, had a chance to spend the weekend with Shaunee. Very pleasant and kind. Tried her best to be attentive and patient! Kudos!!”

“Everything clean ”

“They gave us a room that had a guest in it. We were 3 families checking in and 2 of us were given rooms with guests in them. The pool was freezing and did not have lights. We left and asked for a refund”

“The hotel was okay. The bed and bathroom were clean. The carpet in the room was wet. The nice employee at the desk would have given us a partial refund, but we booked it through a third party, so they couldn't. The breakfast was good, and it had a nice fitness room.”

“I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn in Orland Park, with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and made the check-in process quick and easy. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good variety of fresh options. The location is convenient and close to shops and restaurants, making it a perfect choice for travelers.”

“Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast area was clean and the food was good. The pool is very small and my kids love to swim, but the pool got really crowded. They only had 2 luggage carts which was really inconvenient. We were in town for a dance competition and had a lot of luggage to carry out. Parking was easy. ”

“Parking is easy, but location can make ingress and egress difficult. The property needs updating.”

“Nothing about it was comfortable ”

“ There were boxes of food from previous people left in the fridge. Walked in the room and found a sewing needle on the carpet. Used tissuea in the waste can in living area.”

“On the first night there my sheets had a couple stains on them and there were a couple of red hairs in my bed which caused me to just sleep on top of the covers. Some of the ceiling tiles were out of place above the shower. I ended up fixing the ceiling tiles to the point where they were put back into place. The second night I was there they actually swapped the bed sheets out.”
