Hi Robyn, thank you for your comments and suggestions. About the noise, as we explained in the description, the house is located in the countryside, and there will be natural animals around, like roosters, dogs, iguanas, and Coquís that we don’t have control of since it is an island. I do agree if any of the guests are very sensitive to noise, then this house is not for them; that is why we are always upfront in telling them about the natural noises, including the construction next door in our description. Also, as we explained, the construction is only during the day from 9 am – 4 pm. We will definitely be reviewing your other suggestion with our cleaning crew. We are happy that you visited Puerto Rico and promoted our economy, so thank you for visiting this side of the island.

Regarding paper, we provide enough toilet paper to cover several days of your stay. Regarding cleaning materials, we do not provide cleaning chemicals for your safety and protection, especially minors and children. And our policies do not recommend it. We will be talking to the people who do the maintenance at the pool and we recommend that clients let us know during their stay. We really appreciated the positive critique about the iron, however in the property description we mentioned that we do not provide iron due to liability issues. Hi Bernard, I respect your review, however, I am surprised because we are very strict with the hygiene of the property to the point that we have monthly pest spray and maintenance which we supervise directly. Regarding the local animals of our island (roosters, chickens, coquies, others) we can not control them since it is part of our flora and pride aida

Anes, I apologize for the misunderstanding about the total guests. Please keep in mind that we change extra for additional guest over 8. Which means that if you book for 6 and brought 10 guests, that means you should have paid an additional fee of $90.00. This is a common practice with any rental property. We will make this clearer in our contract that there is extra charges for over 8 guests and if you show up with more than 8 guests you will need to inform owner before showing up at home and bring cash money to pay for extra guests. We do this to keep prices down for guest that rents only have a few people. However we are considering getting rid of extra charges for over 8 guests but that means we will have to increase nightly rates for the house. In reference to light bulbs, we have a property manager within minutes of our home. She would be more than happy to come over and change light bulbs or any other maintenance needed.
