The manager is a perfect gentlman, the staff is very helpful and well trained. Excellent quality price.

Excellent Location being a short distance to beach and shopping centre. Extremely clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Cheap but excellent laundry service. Ridiculously Good Value..

We love the location. It is on a busy street, lots of traffic noise. We have stayed here before, it is clean and good sized room. There was a barking dog this trip, middle of the night every night.

I originally booked this room due to the reviews I read and the photos that I saw, which kinda let me down after arrival. The hotel is located in a convenient location with plenty of shops and eateries

Bien situé.
Après une première nuit difficile, l’équipe de l hôtel à été à notre écoute et à sus répondre à nos besoins. La chambre est spacieuse, une cuisine équipée est disponible dans la chambre. C’est un équipement un peu vieux mais fonctionnel. Le seul point négatif est la salle de bain qui n’est pas très grande. Par contre il faut savoir que l’hôtel est située dans une rue assez bruyante, il faut donc se faire à l’environnement.

Nice hotel, close to dragon market n malin plaza which houses many stalls especially foods and a lot of variety also, seafood, halal food, kebab, pancake you name it. Jungceylon is abit far but still in walking distance.

Kellemes szálloda. A főút mentén közvetlenül, illetve talán 20 méterrel beljebb. Ebből kifolyólag azért a városi zaj hallható, bár attól függ merre néz az ablakotok. Tiszta szálloda, tényleg jó. Egyszerű, kicsit puritán, 1 ágy, (vagy 2) LCD TV, szekrény, fogasok, 1 asztal, hűtőszekrény. Ajánlom a hotelt.

Room is fantastic, owners intimidating
Overall room and WiFi perfect. There was some misunderstanding with my booking as I didn't realize they had automatically added another night (which was very well meaning) to my stay but didn't inform me so I ended up booking 2 rooms. Which when I complained via the app the two owners confronted me on check out which made me feel very uncomfortable so the overall stay was dampend by this

Hi Laura Thank you for the review. We tried to explain to you that you did not book 2 rooms for 1 night. All we said was that you arrived 12 hours before actual check in, therefore your first night started the day before you were actually supposed to. This is all we tried to explain. Therefore u stayed for 3 nights and but your initial booking was for 2. I think miscommunication and understanding was the problem, other than that no issues. Thank you anyway for staying with us. Nice hotel and friendly staff
The hotel is very clean and close to Patong beach (about 15 minute walking). The hotel owner is very nice and friendly. Near to Banzaan fresh Market and Bangla Road.

We enjoyed our stay.
We are pretty easy to please. We liked that it was in between the beach and the supermarket. It was also close to street vendors and lots of eating options. The room was spacious, but older. We had the kitchen which was nice, but the microwave didn’t work. It was great having the small fridge. We were in the front of the building on the second floor so we did hear a lot of street noise, but usually we were so tired we slept through it.

Tolles kleines Hotel mit tollem Team
Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Leute an der Rezeption sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war sauber und das Bett, die AirCondition und das Bad waren allesamt gut. Tägliche Reining und kostenloses Trinkwasser. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gern wieder.

Good location and excellent staff.
Excelente hotel. Gerenciamento atencioso. Recomendo a principalmente por esse preço é difícil achar. Não tem elevador, mas ele é pequeno e isso não é um grande problema. Cama muito boa. For the price they ask and even for a bit more, you aren't going to find better place for stay. They care about the guests. This is the most important for me when I have to rate some place. Ahh, and the bed is very good.

The hôtel staff was great, but they phoned us very early , about 6:30 am! To ask us if we had a taxi To leave.It was a good idea but too early.So I Will recommand this hotel were the staff is always here To help.

we felt so welcome from the start. the owners are so hands on and polite. i can reccomend this hotel to anyone any day. all the staff are very helpfull and the breakfast is so good. Yim Siam you will definitely see me again.

Yes, yes, yes
The whole point of any review is to answer the question "Will i go again?". The answer is yes. Yim Siam has excellent helpful staff and management. My room was clean spacious and comfortable with air conditioning, fridge, ceiling fan and tv. Daily room service are excellent too. The location was perfect for me. It was close to everything I needed, from the beach to the local markets no more thsn 10 minutes walk away in any direction. If you're not a walker, then I suggest hiring a scooter like nearly everybody else does. Also I can recommend you do not miss Karon beach which is a short ride away from Patong.

Good Quiet Location
The Yim Siem is in a quiet location but not to far from all the night life. The management staff is very professional and attends to all your needs. Over all stay was a great experience.

Nice and quiet hotel in pantong
The room was clean and good, only 7-10min walk to the beach. And it was no party noise or anything. Actually really satisfied with the stay there. The owner and staff at also really helpful and nice people! I could go there again :) And for those who like to party, it's cheap alcohol in the bar there,if you like to pre party. and short way to all the pubs or Club's. Win win if you ask me!

Personnel très accueillant et souriant . La climatisation fonctionnait pas très bien , j ai du mettre climatisation et ventilateur . Pour maintenir la chambre dans une température agréable , on m a fourni une cle pour la lumière pour garder cette température constante . Une des serviettes était très tachée et j ai demandé une autre et ca m a été remplacée.

loved the hotel as it was cheap yet so relaxing and close to everything. great hospitality awesome staff especially the owner whom welcomed me and helped me with everything during my stay. i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
