มีติดขัดเรื่องการสื่อสารการจัดการ เช่น เช็คอิน3วัน2คืน แต่ให้คูปองอาหารมาแค่วันเดียว อีกวันแจ้งว่าไม่ต้องใช้แต่ถึงเวลาพนักงานขอคูปอง แต่สรุปก็ได้เข้าไปทาน และการบริการในห้องอาหารไม่ค่อยราบรื่น พนักงานเก็บจานเก็บโต๊ะไม่ทัน จัดแบ่งเวลาแล้วคนก็ยังเยอะอยู่

There was an issue between Expedia and the property as per whether the room we booked was really available. As we arrived and tried to check-in, they said they alrrady rejected expedia's booking, refunded our card, and in-effect cancelled our reservation. Meanwhile we had nothing but 2 seperate (email and SMS) expedia booking confirmations. Nithing from the property at all. As we chalenged then first they said don't have that specific room available, so tried upselling to a bigger/ better. We said only if its complimentary, as is usually the norm in such cases. They kept trying number of upsell options until we made it crystal clear that we are only paying what we've already paid for on expedia... Through out the ordeal the front office manager who was around entire time REFUSED to talk to us. Only at the very end when we demanded and explanation she came over. In the end the room we booked all of suden became available and with almost an hour of delay we were checked in. Having a 20 month old infant with us, it was unacceptable for 5* property to treat a guest this way. We felt as we were inferior guests during the check-in.

Dear Anonymous, Your feedback is well received and we are sorry to learn that you feel inferior during the check in. On Saturday 16th when you were arriving was a busy time of check out of big corpoartate group and same time of new arrivals. This might make you feel not get fully attention and the same time the unsecured of your booking. Please allow me to share that upon the arrival, we didnt find the booking ( through Expedia) in the hotel system ( which has to be an instant confirmation if there is an availibility) Then we checked and found out that the booking had been forwared from another agent due to the system error of the agent. To serve the guest, we then proposed the available type which is the second type-larger, not for the sake of upselling; and to save time for both. As we had seen your baby, we then swapped the room with another guest who yet to arrive for you. I am the front office manager who dealed and brought you to the room. The General Manager was with another guest who was going to check ou before your arrival then I didnt bother her. She has never refused to talk to you as she hadnt known about the case. She was on her way back to the office and you asked her whether she was the manager where I came over and explained to her. However, we are glad that you had an enjoyable stay. You had thank me and did late check out enjoying at the swimming pool. Your support is appreciated and the team at Veranda Resort Pattaya and I look forward to welcoming you and your family back soon. With best regards, Wanwisa

เข้าเช็คอิน ไม่มีชื่อเข้าพัก ทั้งๆทีมีหลักฐานการจอง ชำระเงินแล้วด้วย รออยู่ประมาณ20นาที รู้สึกไม่ค่อยดีกับการเข้าพักที่นี่เลย(วีรันดา เรสซิเดนซ์)

โรงแรมติดทะเล วิวสวย ห้องพักส่วน residence สะอาด มีอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกดี ห้องชั้น31 มองเห็นวิวทะเลสวยงามมากๆ พนักงานบริการอย่างเป็นมิตรดีมาก สระว่ายน้ำส่วนโรงแรมสวยงามน่าเล่นน้ำมากๆ มีจุดชมวิวและถ่ายรูป หลายจุดโดยเฉพาะ Idea Sky
