“The room phones on one end of the building were not working (staff didn’t care). Breakfast was cold with not many options. AC was off on the second floor hallway and my room on check-in, probably close to 88 degrees in the room. WIFI was intermittent at best and would not stay connected.”

“Unfortunately, this hotel has changed within the past year. It appears to be the same staff and someone is not training. When I arrived at 2:30pm to check in to my room I was told I was out of luck and my room had been sold to someone else despite me paying in advance. I could not believe it and I had to escalate through a manager and fight for my room. It was unreal. It is like a 6 story building and was half occupied yet they told me they had a contract with a large group and that they were...
