I wouldn’t recommend staying. As I walked into my room it had a very bad smell. Smelt like feet and dirty carpet. Then I noticed two live roaches crawling on the window curtains. All less then 5 minutes I returned to the front desk for a refund. Another customer was at the front desk requesting a new room because his room had a very bad smell.

Christmas in Hell business over night stay.
The air didn’t work, shower had scum on the wall. Overall stay was horrible. I would never stay again and don’t recommend.

Before we checked in, a man whose company was paying for his room told us his room was terrible. We went ahead and checked in. The room was filthy and dark, smelt bad. Carpet had food and dirt, bugs under the chair cusion, bug parts on the stained sheets. We asked for a new room and was sent to the room next door. It smelt better and looked a bit better but the sheets had blood stains on them and big holes and bug parts. We checked out and asked for a refund and went to the next hotel which was much much better. Expedia processed our refund.

Good value. We were in a F250 truck and parking was a challenge. I use a cpap and a convenient electrical outlet was not available in the room. Fortunately I carry an extension cord as this outlet issue occurs at other hotels we stay. The TV was set on the wrong HDMI - I had to troubleshoot and correct it. The room coffee pot leaked and didn’t work properly.

Great Service with a Smile.
Easy check in. Ms Fannie was great, what a smile! Easy in and out to eat at a great seafood joint, Moss Creek, try it you'll love it. Our TV would not come on so Ms Fannie fixed it while we were out. Breakfast was very good, plenty of everything. We'll be back there in the future.

This hotel is not clean the floor was dirty. The table looked like something was greasy on it from people before us. Walls had dust bunnies oh it. The room key was even nasty. The guy in the front told me to book online and had me wait over 20 mins to get the room. Over all I wouldn’t stay here again.

I guess I'll walk to the airport
I chose this hotel becase it offered free airport shuttle. At ceck-on, I was told there was no airport shuttle. That's false advertising! Unacceptable!

Very Disappointing
Checking in was confusing and disappointing. Clerk on phone. Didn’t acknowledge me. Spoke in different language to other persons present. Room not ready. Changed room. TV not programmed. Vending machine for cold drinks empty. Not replenished after being notified to front desk. Dirty upholstered chair. Could see hair and stains on it. Mold on side of door in bathroom. Leak around bottom of toilet. Room had musty odor. Staff not accommodating. I felt unsafe. I had two nights at this place. I had reserved through hotels.com. Please review this property. Definitely not the good reviews that were published for this property on your website. Definitely not clean and not safe for one traveling solo.

This was one of the most nasty hotels I’ve stayed in. It was junk all along side of the stairs. It was a small container full of dirt water on the stairs. Toilet was clean on inside or out. & the owner acted like he didn’t want me there. Kept watching our ever move. Our housekeeper on the 3 rd floor was nice. It says online that they had a fitness center. But didn’t have one. Never going back

the location is great. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean, but i did smell marijuana by the elevators on 2nd floor. The occupant's next to us were extremely loud at 3am having sex .Which I know is expected but have teenage daughter with me and was very uncomfortable. overall experience was not ideal for families..

I had booked this property for my husband. When he called me after checking in, he told me that he had already killed one roach and he was hoping that there were no more. He said the building was not well maintained.

We changed rooms twice. 3rd time we left. Mold and Mildew, bugs, dirty sheets, and air didn’t work. One room has tile missing. Second room had holes in file from leak above and smelt horrible. You could see the mold on the tiles. Our second room sheets also had mold on the sheets. When asked for new linens was told sorry staff wasn’t on property to help. Total dump. Requested refund from corporate. Area surrounding is horrible and a majority of closed. RUN

I booked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. Both Expedia and hotel website advertised a free shuttle. I had to be at the airport at 4:15. Problem is that their shuttle service doesn’t start until 5. I wish they would post their shuttle hours of operation somewhere!

Started out bad, ended great!!
We checked in and were assigned a room. Upon entering that room we were hit with the most horrendous smell. Went back to desk to request a different room and was immediately given a new room. This room was great. The lady at reception is an asset to this business.
