After I checked in I went to my room, the bed had no sheets and blankets, there was a red stain on the curtains, the sheets and blankets were rolled up in the corner of the room.I looked at the bathroom and found used towels and one was still wet i asked for another room and they did give it to me, however, when i went in the room the bathroom was gross, the beds had bugs crawling on it and all over the bathroom sink, i told them that they ha e bugs crawling all over the place. They would give me another room instead told me they have non available. I walked by rooms that had no one in it an was clean. I ended up just sleeping in my car which was more comfortable because i didn't have bugs crawling on me. I wish i could get my money back because i didn't use the beds at all.

Check in was bad. Door was locked with a phone to call desk but phone did not work. No one at front desk or they could see someone trying to get in. There is a bar collocated with hotel that is very noisy until after 1:00 am. It is early September and pool is closed. Ran credit card for damages before checkout. They say refund will take at least 5 days probably 10. They have verified there was no damage.

I think they can make it more presentable on the outside and the rooms need some touch ups. I personally don't expect perfection, however.. the front desk checking in and out was pleasant. I would rate overall as it was a nice experience based on the welcome alone.

This place was nasty! Our room was dirty sheets linen were disgustingly soiled didn't even look like they were clean the toilet hadn't been cleaned in years bathtub didn't drain burn marks from cigarettes in the bathtub sockets on the wall falling off walkways made of concrete falling apart very unsafe stairs made of concrete falling apart very unsafe we will never go back to this place again. It appears this place is full of tweakers and bombs. The only thing that was satisfying was the staff they were friendly. This is what you get when slumlords own Motel 6 .

Dirty hotel.
We stayed for 5 days, our toilet over flowed within first 3 hrs with nothing in it. Our sons shower didnt work. Moved us and the ceiling in our sons room fell apart from water damage. Court yard and lot were full of cigarette butts and trash. Had drunks on the roof walking around 2nd night there. Very shady tenants. Wont stay again.

I thought for the price they could have updated the rooms a little bit my room was next to a garbage can and garbage was spilled all over the ground and it sat there all night and the next morning. The shower dripped all night and had calcium buildup all around the drain. The microwave door was broke the refrigerator kept kicking on and was very loud it sounded like somebody was trying to come into my room

Hotels.com messed up and bet this does not get pub
Well Hotels.com overbooked this and we had no place to stay. I have always used Hotels.com but dont believe I will be able to trust them in future. I would love to have a explanation

At check in, they said a $50 deposit, never disclosed upfront, 7-10 days to refund the deposit. Checked in at 3 pm and the heater was on, set at 80 degrees. 9 pm and the room was still freezing. Light could be seen all around the door weatherstripping and constant cold air blowing in. I went and told them I was checking out and went to the Holiday Inn up the road.

Not worth the money.
We were moved 3 times to different rooms. First, we were given the wrong size room. Then, the next 2 didn’t have working phones or toilets. The heat was not working either. It did not get above 55 degrees. I have 2 kids that needed a warm place to sleep and it did not happen. I contacted the lady at the front desk and she just kept moving us rooms. It got to be late in the night so we just bundled up with our own blankets. The only excuse for the phones that we were given is that they were old and only half work. The sheets were dirty along with the tub and sink. It was awful.

They place was clean, love that they didnt have carpet. 2 motels down the road had bed bugs very grateful to choose the one i did.

Heaters dont work. I had my heater set on 85 and it did not blow hot air. Lots of cold air leaks through the door and windows.

Broken heater
The heater didnt work and there was alot of cold air coming in through the door and windows. The lobby closed at 11pm and there was not clerk to ask for a new room or additional blankets.

It was horrible we got one room and you could feel the springs on the mattress so we asked for a refund wouldn't give it to us so gave us a different rooms and that room was discussing,dirty sheets,toilet,bugs on floor and ceiling falling down. Went back to ask for a refund had to urge with them to get my refund. Discussing would never stay.

There was a $50 deposit that was not mentioned until check in. Had no usable laundry facilities, no ice access, had to get a new key everyday even though it was paid for 3 days in advance. No cable was local channels only. The concrete on the stairs shifted under your feet while on stairs, trash and junk everywhere.
The dust on the inside of the curtains.

Good if you are broke.
Had spider webs in the room. The room had a window air unit to cool off the room and it didn’t do great. Beds were terribly broken in the middle and uncomfortable. But the rest of the room wasn’t too bad it was fairly decent shape. Besides the bathroom being dated and the toilet leaked so it kicked on every few minutes.

Not clean
Very dirty! Hair in the sheets, dirt on the floor, dead bugs on the floor. The floor was also sticky in spots. They only had small hand towels in the bathroom and there was no shampoo in the shower. The desk clerk was very nice, but the hotel was not.

Not bad but not great either
It was just fine for one night. Beds are not very comfortable but again one or two nights would have been fine. It was clean enough... the bathroom caulk was pretty moldy and the tub drain plug was missing but for one night it was fine.. front desk was friendly.

You get what you pay for
There was definitely some “creative photography” on the website. The room was cold. The door was janky. Water didn’t work quite right. The price was dirt cheap and we needed a last minute place to stay. The room was clean enough, towels were clean. We got what we paid for.
