Agosto 2021
Eravamo in 9 in tutto. Casa grande e confortevole. La piscina è ben sfruttabile. Bella la possibilità di usare la palestra. Pulizia ed ospitalità di Will e Paula eccellenti.

Una vacanza tra i monti ed il mare
Noi siamo stati in vacanza in 10 persone. Abbiamo trovato la casa confortevole, pulita e ben attrezzata. La posizione è l'ideale per alternare giornate al mare, in montagna o per visitare i dintorni. A fine giornata c'era ad attenderci la bella piscina adiacente alla casa. Simpaticissimo e molto disponibile l'host Will. Vacanza consigliatissima!!!

Absoluter Wohlfühlurlaub!
Am Anreisetag wurden wir sehr herzlich von Will und Paula empfangen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber uns gepflegt. Von der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit der Gastgeber war für uns gerichtet. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen, traumhaften Lage. Der Ausblick ist unbeschreiblich. Das Meer ist in kürze mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch Einkaufsläden sind nicht unweit der Unterkunft. Bei Fragen waren Will und Paula stets erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Woche! Für Familien mit Kindern ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen!!

Super vacances en famille!!!!!
Nous sommes restés 2 semaines dans la maison et avons pu visiter les merveilles de la région. Les hôtes sont très accueillants, discrets et disponibles à la fois. Ils sont également aux petits soins. Un exemple: durant notre séjour, un parasol de la piscine a rendu l’âme et le lendemain, Will a apporté directement une solution en en montant un nouveau… La maison est splendide, bien équipée et bien située pour visiter la région! Les restaurants locaux sont supers!

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool
Wir genossen zwei schöne Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Alles war wie erwartet und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Unvergesslicher Urlaub
Das Haus liegt in einer traumhaft schönen Landschaft und die Vermieter Paula & Will sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, die Bäder sehr groß und alles sehr gepflegt.

Tolles Ferienhaus in schöner Lage
Schönes und geräumiges Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht. Sehr schöner Pool. Die Küche / Aufenthaltsraum war sehr groß, und komplett eingerichtet . Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit , z.B. bei Restaurant Buchungen , und stehen einem auch mit Tips für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung zur Seite. Italienisch-Grundkenntnisse wären von Vorteil, sind aber nicht unbedingt notwendig. Insgesamt ein toller und erholsamer Urlaub. Beste Grüße und vielen Dank

Hervorragendes Urlaubsdomizil in toller Lage
Sehr gepflegtes und großzügiges Objekt mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten innerhalb und außerhalb des Ferienhauses. Ruhige Lage, etwas erhaben über der Ortslage, mit Blick über die umliegenden Hügel mit den schön gelegenen Ortschaften. Sauberer Pool mit herrlichem Ausblick. Super ausgestattete Küche. Freundliche, hilfsbereite und unaufdringliche Vermieter, die für mögliche Fragen in unmittelbarer Nähe wohnen. Schönes Grundstück mit Boccia Fläche und einen Fitnessraum mit einigen Geräten. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer und erholsamer Urlaubsort. *****

Amazing house, location & hosts
The farmhouse was large and so spacious inside and outside with many different areas to have your own space. The property and grounds are unique, exceptional and clean with stunning views being on a hillside location and a great base for visiting a whole range of different areas and places in the locality. The pool, gym and garden games were such an added bonus. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming and helped us with a range of recommendations from amazing local bars/restaurants to trips out such as sites/villages which actually made our holiday one of the best we've had. We will certainly return and stay longer so we make use of the hosts expertise in guided tours/cycling and cycle hire. A 100% recommendation.

Perfect for how we love to spend our holidays
A very nice old farm house, perfectly renovated and now modern and very well equipped. We used 4 (double) bedrooms on the second floor, all with en-suite bathrooms. Everyone was happy with their beds. Balcony, terrace and pool deck are perfectly prepared for a group of 8-10 people. We had a warm welcome by our host and a few helpful chats during our stay with tips for excursions in the surroundings. If you love to spend your holidays in a rather remote location with a stunning view from your property and plenty of cultural town visits and hiking options around you, then this is a really great place to stay. Not to forget the pool and games provided for relaxing days at the property and the gym. We loved it! BTW: we were the first guests traveling with a fully electric vehicle and — after agreeing conditions with our host — had no trouble with charging single phase 230V / 10A via a regular power socket (Italian „three pins in a row“).

Beautiful lovely location with charm
We spent the first two weeks in June 202 at La Casa in Collina and we were absolutely excited. This place met all our expectations for a peaceful holiday of a multi-generational family with big dog. The house is beautiful with magic view about the surroundings. Accommodation is fully equipped and we did not miss anything. On hot days we enjoyed the pool and in the evenings the hot tub. There can be made a lot of trips in the area, the location is not far from the sea (Pescara), where thanks to Paula, we found a beach where we could relax with our dog. A trip to Rome, to L’Aquilla or Loreto can be on your “to do list”. We spend here amazing time and unforgettable vacation. We would like to thanks Will and Paula for warm welcome and for their care and service. Thanks!

Beautifully renovated farmhouse
Fabulous villa which easily accommodated our party of 10 family/friends. All bedrooms beautifully fitted out with very comfortable beds, & large en-suite bathrooms. Loved the spacious kitchen, dining, living space with exposed brick vaulting - stayed cool even though we were there in the recent warm spell. Easy drive to excellent restaurants, well stocked supermarkets, the coast & historic hill towns. Really enjoyed our holiday here!

Spacious house with a beautiful view
We had a very nice stay in the house in June 2019. Our company consisted of 8 persons from age of 17 to 81. We all apreciated that the bedrooms had bathroom as in a hotel. We also liked the kitchen area with place for many persons to cook together. We loved the first floor terrace with the sunbeds in the shadow and the big dinner table - all with a stunning view. And the pool area was also very nice an clean. Close to the house, down the steep hill, to the right at the road is a farmer cooperation sale, "vendeti diretti". From them we bought delicious cherries, tomatoes and olive oil. We also liked their red wine, apricots and jam (a lot of different varieties). We had fine meat and cheese from the butcher in the closest village, Quattrostrade. And then we made great dinners wich we enjoyed in the sunset and the warm dark nights on the terrace. We went to the beach and visited small, old and pretty villages. We were impressed by the mountains with snow in Campo Imperatore and all flowers on the plateau. Wonderful. All car trips went through beautiful surroundings, but the roads are in rather bad shape so calculate for slow pace. Back home we miss the house and the view, and we would like to go back some day. Thanks to Will, for a nice stay and to Gerry for assisting us during the week. /Anna Nöjd & Co, Sweden (By the way, the trip from/to Rome Fuimicino Airport took 3 hours.)

Lovely Farmhouse with breathtaking views
We had a memorable two weeks here. Will was very helpful in recommending restaurants and places to go. A Sat Nav and a car are essential as you are remote, but what you get to counteract this is amazing views, great food and wine at a fraction of the cost. The local restaurants provided excellent food for all the family. We drove to two local beaches which were about 30 minutes away and spent another day at the Onda Blu water park which was an hour away. The farmhouse Pool provided an excellent place to cool off and play with the children, while the gym and table tennis also helped pass the time. Would recommend coming here, it certainly is a good place to relax and escape, while getting to sample the best food this region offers.

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem Haus. Das hat eine wunderschöne Lage auf einem Hügel. Die Zimmer sind groß und gepflegt. Man hat einen Wunderschönen Ausblick auf die umliegenden Höfe und Berge. Das Fitnessstudio ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Vermieter ist mega Cool. Der Pool ist sauber. Dir mideterane Bauweise und Ausstattung des Hauses lädt zum Entspannen ein. Beautiful home and great hosts.
The property was located on a slight hill and the view from the 2nd floor sitting area was great. Liz and Will were very accommodating and provided insight as to what to see and where to eat. All the restaurants they recommended were very good. Perhaps the best was the Baby Bar just down the road from the property. Lamb skewers were quite tasty. The property was very clean and well equipped including an outdoor pizza oven. I would recommend this property to my friends and relatives.

The perfect first "big" family summer holiday
I'm so glad to have found Casa in Collina, as our first "big" family summer holiday couldn't have been better. Our group was five adults and two children, and we were completely spoilt for space and comfort around the pool, on the terraces, and in the lovely open plan living/kitchen/dining area. The bedrooms were all cool and comfortable, and having a modern ensuite bathroom for every bedroom made life so easy for the group. We'd barely made any plans for the week, except for a half day at the beach in Pineto and a morning wandering around Penne. By the third or fourth day it wasn't hard to admit that we all just wanted to enjoy the peace, luxury and beautiful views back at the villa, for as much of our week as possible. Oh, and the table tennis table is a proper full-size one, level and stable, with a taut net. This kind of detail counts when your family is competitive... Many thanks to Liz and Will who were such kind and welcoming hosts. Very highly recommended.

The whole family had a wonderful week relaxing in this beautiful villa set in idyllic surroundings.
I cannot find words to express how much the whole family enjoyed our week in Casa in Collina. With ages ranging from 85 to 15 there was something special for everyone. From the outset Liz and Will went out of their way to accommodate us, all communication with them was quick, friendly and helpful. They are kind and generous hosts, getting a perfect balance between being there if we needed yet giving us complete privacy. The welcome pack was also fabulous, as were their recommendations about local restaurants and they were fantastically understanding when we got ourselves into difficulty at one point. The house itself is wonderful in both atmosphere and layout. The decor is modern and tasteful but the villa still retains great charm and everything is spotlessly clean. The open plan area downstairs was perfect for spending time together as a family and the kitchen was superbly furnished, the large American fridge being a huge bonus. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and it was great that they were all ensuite. The pool with it's loungers and amazing views was enjoyed by us all, and the hot tub was a great addition. The gym (used by some of us despite the heat!) was very impressive in terms of size and equipment. Our favourite part of the villa though was probably the terrace where the views were breathtaking, whether looking at the mountains by day or stargazing by night. We have so many happy memories of our holiday and would heartily recommend the farmhouse as the perfect setting for a peaceful and relaxing experience.

Fantastic holiday
We had a brilliant week staying in this lovely villa and couldn't be more happy with the accommodation! The villa was well equipped with everything you would possibly need. Unfortunately the hot tub was not in working during our stay as this would of been the icing on the cake but this did not effect our holiday as we have come home with some wonderful memories!

Remote, stunning and luxury

A stress free relaxing getaway
We stayed at this property in July for a week, 6 adults and 4 kids with the main focus on relaxing. We wanted somewhere to get away from it all and relax with our children - we can safely say it was mission accomplished. We were a little apprehensive regarding the drive but flying to Ciampino airport we found the drive quite easy, we stopped off once just for a snack / drink. On arrival, Liz & Will met us and went through everything we needed to know - as previously mentioned they are based just next door but that wasn't a negative as we never really saw them unless we needed to ask something. The facilities are second to none from kitchen to gym and pool - the open plan living area was perfect for us and plenty of space to relax for all of us. A great selection of movies for the kids went down a storm - thank-you. A car is most definitely needed and with 4 kids (3 aged 5 and under) there isn't much within walking distance but we already knew this and was not an issue. We had 2 lovely meals out but the rest of the time was spent relaxing in our surroundings - we wanted to see Rome so we incorporated that on our last day and stayed in Rome as we had an early flight Saturday AM and thought we would save the children an extremely early wake up call. We really don't have any negatives only comments that we feel would help any travellers with younger children:- Sunday - nothing is really open after lunch including restaurants so ensure you have everything you need. Children - the only thing we struggled to get for the kids was cordial (we bought lots of capri suns) and any toys / pool items as the town isn't commercialised at all but the villa had a large selection of items and we had taken a few things ourselves but to be mindful of if you are expecting to find that kind of shop. I can honestly say if you are looking to get away from the hustle bustle to somewhere in beautiful surroundings but with access to lots of different places should you wish to venture out then this place is for you.
